Yes, he was at Bristol City. From memory, we (Doug Sharpe) agreed terms and wages with him and then moved the goalposts (pardon the pun) when we wrote up his contract. The deal then fell through |

I've entered my code, got the 'success' message and clicked on the live logo. I don't get the test page through - just a series of adverts. If I click on the audio button there is no audio just a blank screen. If I click on video, the adverts play again. I have tried using chrome and firefox on my PC. I have also tried through the Swans app but the same happens Is any one else getting this problem or know how to resolve it? Thanks in advance. |

In swansea it's 11 a side for u12s. In neath (and I think Carmarthenshire) it's 9 a side for u12s. |

Saw him earlier at swansea airport. No idea why he was there though.

Planning permission has not yet (technically) been granted. The planning applications seeks full planning permission (not outline consent as some have suggested here). The Council have resolved to grant planning permission subject to the club entering a Section 106 agreement (which in lay man's terms is a legal agreement which secures certain issues such as infrastructure improvements etc depending on the individual scheme). This is standard fare for different types of planning applications, especially those of this magnitude. The s106 agreement is currently being drafted/refined. When this is done, the relevant parties can each sign it and hence 'enter into the agreement'. At that time, the planning permission will be issued. Thus, providing the club complies with the requirements of the s106 and any conditions forming part of the planning permission, they can in theory then start work (from a planning perspective anyway). |

This system was installed at the Cwmbwrla roundabout years ago, as this was an accident hot spot. It was installed at Llansamlet around Christmas/New Year's Day time. They are not intended to 'enforce people to stop and check if the road ahead is clear' but are designed to prohibit your view of traffic on the roundabout until you reach a point where the car in front of you has already entered the roundabout. Therefore, it removes the possibility of shunting the car in front, if you are concentrating on searching for a gap in the roundabout traffic and drive forward anticipating such a gap only to find that the car in front hasn't. I suspect that most people tend to look at roundabout traffic even when they are only second in the queue to enter the roundabout. I know I do. |

Thanks for that. I e-mailed me them on the weekend as I'm looking for two extra season tickets for my two young boys. I haven't heard anything since although I did have a missed call today (unknown number) on my mobile which could have been the ticket office. |

Cheers for that. Any idea if they were ja members looking for a season ticket for themselves, or season ticket holders looking for additional season tickets? |

Has anybody on here been contacted yet by the ticket office asking if they wish to purchase season tickets (after expressing an interest to do so)? Thanks in advance. |

Chopper Harris at the Vetch was one of my favourites. The one when he run done the left wing (from his own half) beat about three/four opponents and slotted it past the keeper. Cannot remember the opponents though. I think we won 2-1. It may have been in the fa cup, |

If you've never seen him take contact you couldn't have gone to Brum last Saturday. He got absolutely clattered by Paul Robinson, but fair to the guy got back up and carried on (eventually). I agree though that he is not as good as last season and no where near as good as Vorm. |

I presumed it was possibly something to do with Remembrance Sunday (is there something on immediately before the game perhaps). I notice that one of the lunchtime kick offs also starts at an unusual time |

It was off the main drag by quite a bit. Loads were looking for it on Wed night without success. We passed it (by accident) whilst getting lost on way back to hotel at 4am in the morning. It was closed when we passed it (unlike the majority of bars in the centre). [Post edited 24 Sep 2013 20:49]
