Not only that he chopped multiple long serving staff who worked on matchdays who have rangers running through their blood. Just chopped them with no explanation nothing. Look around next match day if you can you will see so many unfamiliar faces in and outside of the ground. Club is toxic from bottom to top. I have 2 acquaintances that had worked at the club since the 1990s they have said how horrible the atmosphere is within. Most of this stems from the child CEOs arrival. They have no axe to grind just wanted me to pit it out there for them without breaching confidence etc. The only thing I would say to counter the Ruben out side of things is just whom would want to touch us if at all?

I’ve said on another thread and will say it on here. He brought in a good mate to head up the clubs operation he also is best mates with Ben Williams the head of the operations has no experience to run a professional football club. He is linked by marriage to Nourry. It’s disgraceful. Many staff who come into contact with these clowns would love to speak out but can’t. The owners need to make a tough choice back Marti or back Nourry. 1st thing that should happen is an explanation into why BW is not based at the club and what exactly he does for his money. Whilst he’s mates run the club these issues will continue.

Thing is clubs operation is crooked from the top Down. You have an operations head that has no experience of football just Golf. He’s best mates with Nourry and Ben Williams surprise surprise. Complete rejig is needed. It’s not just the playing side that needs a long hard look at itself

Northolt well said mate. Nourry is hiding behind the hyberbole it’s pathetic also why on earth are we paying big dollar to Ben Williams when he’s not even in the country ! Need to push more at forums about this .

If Les was still DOF this post would be slating him yet some are giving nourry a free pass it’s laughable. He’s totally inept the clubs operation is rotten to the core. They have brought in mates in various roles ( head of ops / head of performance ( if he’s still there ) / coaching staff ) now again if this was Les / Ramsey everyone would be giving them pelters- it’s beyond a joke and needs to change soon

I’ve indicated this before an Clive also there is a lot going on behind the scenes nourry is not all good. He’s pushed a style of play and signings into Marti.
