agree with darren, ashley williams saw the money and ran, no longer a jack , all this love for ex players , only players true jacks should support is the ones that represent swansea city not all this love for ex players load of bollocks, bony scores against us and swans fans applaud get real, ashley is well off money wise just got greedy, sod him no longer a jack. |

think we have bought 4 or 5 boys from scotland for around the million pound mark if only stephen kingsley makes the grade it will be a cheap investment in this day and age, maybe people should stop mocking our scouting system up scotland. |

but the run up to the preston trip was awesome bristol rovers away at eastville terraces so steep cardiff and luton on the monday night at the vetch ,all who have followed the swans in the era could never have dreampt what has happen in the last 35 yrs, i know football and stadiums have moved on but those past memories and away trips will never be forgotten. |

day never to be forgotten how they got us all in behind that goal i will never now, never forget the noise when the two football specials pulled into preston station and about 19 double decker buses taking us up to the ground to be met with a sea of black and white, they were proper away days with memories to tell the grand kids as they will never experience away days like it. |

some times you have got to gamble , which we are doing with these lads, if one out of the 4 makes it, it will be small change compared to todays transfer fees, the results of the youth set up have greatly improved from the under 21s down and some very talented youngsters on the books, the production line of youngsters will bear fruit over the next few years , no matter what our great club does it does not please people, probably not genuine swans fans in the first place, the club has made great strides with the youth set up and are playing better sides and holding there own like the first team they would never have dreamed they would be playing man utd youth and competing well , youth set ups are a long term process not a 10 million pound transfer, look how our facilities have improved which can only help in courage better talent to want to come to us, in life there are people who just moan and groan about any thing sadly planet swans has its fair share , are they real swans fans i doubt it. |

what happens when the sugar daddy get bored, who else would plough millions into a small club, allright at the moment but when it starts going wrong so debts will cripple a small club like bournemouth, some were along the way the spending will catch up with them. |

yes those were really happy days, away trips were awesome only a handfull but real people and proper fun, as for the vetch my fondest moments of watching football, i know we have moved on but the old vetch could make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up truly awesome times, non of this internet bickering and moaning , proper fun and banter ans some truly great characters. |
