| Forum Thread | UPDATE #TogetherForFreddie at 23:31 19 Jan 2017
Hello All Just an update on the fundraising for my friends son Freddie Hunt. The amount raised has surpassed what was originally set and yesterday they had conformation of Freddie's first operation at a leading hospital in Arizona that specialises in the sort of tumour that Freddie has. This is only the first step in a very long risky journey for the whole family and with no guarantee's. A journey that wouldn't be possible without the genorosity of anyone that donated. On Freddies parents behalf I'd like to say a huge thank you to all that donated. I'll try to keep you updated with any news. http://www.964eagle.co.uk/news/local-news/2202687/little-freddie-is-off-to-the-u |

I've never posted on here before despite reading regularly. I'm a life long Rangers fan and am very close friends of the Hunt family. The whole family are also life long fans and season ticket holders. The diagnoses they received 2 weeks ago about their 2yr old son Freddie was devastating. Freddie's mum posted on Facebook for anyone to wish on a star for their son during the recent meteor shower. The response from the community of the village they live in, Yateley, has been amazing. The local radio station, Eagle, are now committing all day this Friday to be " Freddie Friday " to help raise funds. The club also invited the family to the training ground on Tuesday to meet the squad. As Sir Les said on the day " we are a community club and we look after our own " Freddie and his family are one of us ! Anything anyone can give no matter how big or small will help. Even if it's just to share this so we can get more coverage. See the link below. Thanks You R's http://www.964eagle.co.uk/freddiesfriday.php |

Esgaroth, I think you need to accept the badge is here to stay. It is now associated to the club in Asia and would take a huge branding offensive to change now ! Besides I'm growing to like it . Perhaps you need to stop living in the past and get with the times ? |
