I disagree with you regarding Alfie Mawson. There has been a lot of positivity on the Mawson thread. He seems a fine prospect. Is he ready to go straight into the Premier league?
If he isn't, we could be in big trouble with Amat & Fernandez.

I like your dialogue delivery and you do come across as likeable. I'm sure that it's a case of onwards and upwards. but a couple of constructive points.
The floating text bulletins... Some if them don't stay on screen long enough to read them.
Pay attention to artefacts in the background. That photo frame is reflecting back into the camera lens. Very distracting.
Maybe you can get make some sort of jack army TV banner or flag that can be positioned behind you in the background?
