My son is 10 and refers to our neighbours as the scum, he hates them with a passion. I received this today so am thinking if he gets in use and abuse and leave yo join QPR at 16. (If good enough) it's difficult as I don't want to deny him this opportunity? Thoughts please? | Forum Thread | Kids football advice please (non qpr) at 20:39 8 Feb 2015
Evening chaps, me and my son are season ticket holders in the lower loft. He's 9 and half decent at football, Palarse, millwall and Spurs have made enquiries about him jointing their respective academies. I personally think he's too young and would perhaps make a decision when he's 11/12. Was wondering if anyone here has been in this situation and can offer any advice? Thanks |
| Forum Thread | Urgent help required please at 06:13 5 Oct 2014
Appreciate its early in the morning so may have to bump this later, anyway booked mine and my sons West Ham tickets on Monday and they've not arrived. Called ticket master who couldn't help and tried the box office customer services number but that shut at midday on Saturday. Anyone got any ideas how I can get the tickets in order to watch the match? |

We're top of the league, unbeaten in the league, not conceded a goal for 5 games. Agree we need some help for Austin but I'm sure we all would have taken this at the beginning of the season. |

| Forum Thread | Adult Company Required at 12:33 6 Feb 2013
Don't worry I am not looking for a relationship. My 7 year old and I will be on the 10.45 out of paddington Saturday morning, travelling in coach B, seat 26 and 30. He will be on the Ipad and I may have got a 4 pack in for the journey. Although I have met a few on here it would be nice to meet up with others traveling for some adult conversation. Don't get me wrong my son is good as gold but a bit of adult banter would make the journey go quicker. Any offers kindly welcomed! |

| Forum Thread | 'The football experience' at 13:40 31 Dec 2012
Went to watch Dartford v Cambridge (Blue Square Conference) on Saturday and compared to yesterday found it a more enjoyable experience. A crowd of about 2,000 and with both sets of supporters changing ends at half so they could be behind the goal there team were attacking. Good banter and a good game, finished 1 1. Nice new ground, easy to get refreshments and all in all a good day out. On the drive home my 7 year old commented that we would be playing Dartford soon which although I found amusing may actually happen! |

| Forum Thread | 6 Year Old Football Advice at 16:58 21 Aug 2012
Hi, my 6 year old who is not a bad little footballer has been asked to go for a trial at Millwall. I live in Kent and if anything would prefer for him to trial at QPR but because of the travelling this is not possible. Palace and Charlton would be more preferable as I cannot stand Millwall. Was just wondering if anyone on here has been in a smiliar situtaion and can offer some advice. Thanks |
| Forum Thread | Holiday Reading Material at 09:19 26 Jul 2012
Hello all off on holiday and need to take a book or 2? Last year Grounds for Divorce helped me while away the hours sitting by the pool. I seem to remember a sticky not so long ago plugging a QPR related book?? If not I like to read sporting related books / autobiograhies etc and quite like books along the theme of Martina Cole. Any suggestions would be appreciated (and NO, 50 shades of f&cking grey or whatever it's called need not be mentioned!!!) . Thanks |
