I agree….especially after hearing the usual do not speculate comments. What the hell do they expect armchair experts to do and I’ve no doubt they’ll be wheeled out by Sky pretty soon.

He’s just part of a structure. He coaches the players delivered to him by the recruitment team of which I’m assuming he has input. Swans mantra of buy low sell high has hit a brick wall right now.

The Americans I think are of the mindset of not offering a player a contract renewal until the last moment….and then expect him to feel grateful.

I think our Center backs will have no trouble finding another club and maintain their wages. I’m not sure Cullen will leave not matter what they offer. Loyalty doesn’t pay.

There’s no one more racist than Abbot. I think London and the commons needs to be very very careful here regarding the constant vilification of not only the Mets but every police force around the country trying to uphold the rule of law and that area has a sizeable proportion of non white citizens.

I struggle to understand how the IOPC are above the rule of common law. I’m not sure where the Met go from here. Armed response officers no doubt will be taking a long hard look at this and wonder is it feasible to carry on volunteering for this duty.
This trial has revealed the officers identity which endangers his family. No officer in his right mind would risk his or hers family being subjugated to any form of violence based on their actions. I know I wouldn’t.

It appears the officer in question who was found not guilty appears to has been suspended from his job even though proved innocent and not only that he now has a £10k bounty on his head payable on his and his family whereabouts.
Is this justice?

The issue I have is the word community. What does it actually mean? Does it mean a white police officer isn’t allowed to intervene in the implementation of the law if the suspect isn’t white? Stop and Search. When according to the media knife crime in London suggests a black majority involved as victims and perpetrators and the majority what are the police meant to do? Stop white people in the name of racial equality?

They do indeed. That’s why when it was announced this case would be going to court an awful lot of these officers refused to take part in firearm duties.
