Yes while playing in Ireland. I think he then worked for Wrexham in some capacity. |

Posted from the heart, and brilliantly put into words. We all know the initial system wouldn't be a perfect answer to all, but we are humans and should be given the choice. The suffering caused, lives on in others. [Post edited 13 Nov 21:18]

I remember being at the away game at Chesterfield after this was announced. We thought then we were in the money |

Very difficult subject. The safeguards can never be 100% but I'm still in favour. I've seen family members suffer, and as you say there was only one outcome. Not easy but surely in the long term setting up a system that you register your views and update maybe in 20's 30's 40's etc Even then you might change your view when the time comes but at least there will be some documentation of your views if nothing else. |

Exactly Keith. The good news is the departure of the two main shareholders. Many questions will still need answering as it's always in the detail. Will there be a change of direction. How much of that £20m is still needed to cover day to day losses. Positive news so far but being a Swans fan nothing is always as it seems. For now it's a start of hopefully progress. |

Increase in the minimum wage announcement swayed his decision 😁 |

200% agree with you Keith Something that really disappoints me with people. It happens at most grounds where not only climbing the gangways but then expect to go along rows to their seats when others are showing respect. Can’t they just wait for 1 minute, it’s not that difficult |

A Brighton view posted today https://www.wearebrighton.com/newsopinion/the-viktor-gyokeres-elephant-in-the-br "In fact, nobody at the Amex did too much wrong. The Viktor Gyokeres elephant in the Brighton room is that there was little to suggest the player he would develop into, either during his time with the Albion or on one of the three different loans he was sent on." "Some players are simply late developers. They fall through the net at clubs earlier in their careers and only start to flourish once they hit their mid-20s." |

Over those years how much did you spend on the upkeep. Decorating, new windows & doors etc. Replacing a shed , maybe garage. It's not all the profit but how would that be quantified? |

It always sounds better to say that they are working with other agencies and councils. It sounds so in depth and professional. Problem is it’s of their own making. |

Whatever the cut off point the government must have enough data flying around to just pay to a large majority of of those entitled but not claiming. HMRC are quick enough to change a tax code when circumstances change. Why the need to complicate things by sending letters out, when they know that for whatever reasons these people can’t handle official documents. One of the last comments in that clip that people shouldn’t worry as if they are entitled they will get it back dated. Does she really think people will just heat their homes on the promise that IF they are entitled they will get the money after the time they need to pay their bills. |

Am I being too simplistic. Don't the Government already have the data. HMRC have the income on their database. Works and Pensions have the data of benefits, pension credit etc. Comparing the 2 should show who is entitled but not claiming. It could also show people on maybe less than what could be a new cut off figure of £15,000, so then not having to go to the local council for help with heating. The ones falling between the cracks could then be dealt on an individual basis than swamping a whole outdated system. |
