I believe that players who were not registered for the first game cannot take part in the 2nd leg whic rules Tiendalli out.

I believe only players on this squad list named "Qualifying phase" can be used before the group phase: http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/season=2014/clubs/club=52659/squad/index.ht

There's another empty tab named "Tournament phase", that'll probably be filled out with a new squad list if they qualify for the group phase.
