Why is it in the sport section of the paper ? That 'sport' is utter gash. Makes cricket look interesting.

I'm going in October - hopefully this spells the end of their ill conceived plan to make the Rams the London franchise of the NFL!

I was slightly disappointed to see the Pats again and the Rams aren't great - would have been nice to see the Packers, Lions, Eagles or Redskins.

More interesting than baseball or basketball......just.
Was watching New York baseball or sumfink last night on ESPN - what a load of old bollocks.

ahhh... the usuall "NFL/US sport is rubbish" comments that seem to accompany every such thread. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Yup got tickets for Wembley. I'm yet to miss a Wembley game. However, with St Louis pulling out, thats actually a good thing IMO as to continue thes eries it need variety. The more times you get the same club (especially such a poor one in St Louis) the more likely folk will switch off and not go.

But in mitigation,NFL would benefit from having a bit of "home town" involvement like say, putting in a Brit kicker.

The giants 'kicker' blob is actually Scottish, they won the Super Bowl this year.

I'd like to see redskins, ravens, jets and most definantly the cowboys.

Got tickets for Wembley. I'm a casual watcher of NFL really and prefer not having a team as I can just watch and not care who wins. Same with indycar.

Unfortunately it's always going to be New England for obvious reasons. Same as the '39th game' would've been United because it's who the locals want to see.

Clearly it's very attractive to the Floridian teams and less so to someone like Green Bay.

Would like to see San Fran or Oakland come over.

Clive Allen did a spot of kicking in American Football!

Not the NFL, the knock-off European version, which I believe has since folded...

Can't believe The Rams were going to be a London franchise. They are awful!

Hopefully they can bring in Lions or someone up an coming, wouldn't say no to The Packers!!!

I'm sure they will bring over The Jets and Tim sodding Tebow

While the Rams are/were sh1te last year, I think they will improve under Jeff Fisher and have done good business on trade pick over the coming three years.
I've been to all the games so far, though missed half of last years game cos of our home game vs Chelsea.

Would have loved two new sides of equal level, like the Saints vs Chargers game which was the best by a mile.

Oh yeah, forgot about Jeff fisher. You planing on getting to any jets games this season? The ravens schedule is one of the toughest I've ever seen, playing the NFC east doesn't help. Did you see Andrew luck in the pre season game? That kid is going to exciting to watch. And Peyton did well in Chicago

I'm a Giants man! Hoping to get out for the Steelers game in November! You think the Ravens have it bad, you should check the Giants schedule. No chance of getting out of the division this year.

The New York Jerks are a laugh. Only score two field goals in their opening pre-season game!

Sensible money is on Green Bay this year, but it's facinating to see how Luck, RG3, Peyton Manning, the Dolphins with the offence etc all get on.

Ahhh I knew it was a NYC team, got the wrong one! Yes, you play us ravens dec 23rd, will be a cracker. The Afc north is strong, 3 teams made it to playoffs last year and you play all of them! Rg3 is one to watch, didn't he win the heisman? My friend from Dallas was raving about him at Baylor uni. Seem to be spoilt for QBs this year.
Edit- cowboys 3 raiders 0 the othe right, what a dull game! Never seen anything like it. Kyle Orion seems to have been around for ages

Dolphins will be awful this year, no decent quarterback, wide receivers or running backs, no idea where their points are going to come from.

NFC North and NFC East look like the hardest divisions this year, I think you'll see 4 playoff teams from those two divisions.

It's really wide open yhis year.
There are at least a dozen teams who will be in with a decent chance of winning th SB. Now the new CBA is in place and top draft picks are not getting crazy money before they have even played a game it will become more competitive than ever.
Have a good feeling about my Seahawks this year. The defence will be awesome. Hopefull either Matt Flynn or Russell Wilson can emerge as a good qb.

Trouble is, most of those teams have a strong support across the US. the Cowboys are highly unlikely to come to London becuase the home team is virtually guranteed a full house when they play them. Why give up on the high gate reciepts to play in London?

plus Jerry Jones hates the idea of playing abroad.

Maybe someone will do it to wind him up?

Why stop now, just when I'm hating it
