Williams might be looking for a way out anyway like Grimes was and Cooper and Martin. Carlos was the last manager that actually wanted to sign new deal some 6 or 7 seasons ago.
Results on the field will determine Williams s fate. He will survive if he can get the team out of this rut. If he cannot he will be on his way. The fall off has been shocking and is response was to sell Abdullai. Grimes wanted to leave himself. |

I don't think its deception, just to many there with little or no professional football experience behind the scenes, the club is being run by amateur's. |  |

That was 22yrs ago mun and we were proper in the doldrums, having amateurs at this level doesn't work it wasn't gonna work and it didn't when dumb and dumber took over and this is where we are now.
We need proper experienced football people now, there's to much at involvedf to rely on amateurs trying to learn on the job, might be fine in some businesses but not in Football. | |

When they took over we were in League two. By the time we reached the Championship they had 7 years experience.
They were still far from perfect but they were much more experienced than Coleman.
Coleman is trying to learn on the job in one of the most competitive Leagues in the World.
We deserve professionals and the owners deserve professionals, not someone learning on the job | | | |
