It’s not cheap and it is a choice. I know people who have given it up through cost, but probably would have found the money if it was their only way of watching us.

Results will attract the floating crowd though.

Agreed

I look forward to seeing you at our next home game.

You got as much chance of that happening as him actually praising Matt Grimes for his performance last night. He can’t even go to away games that are in close proximity to his home.

I'm surprised our goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux hasn't received the praise he deserved after last nights game, some of the balls he collected in a congested goalmouth were absolutely superb.

Or what you expect of a good goal keeper, when commenting on games we sometimes spend an amount of time theorising how the team could play better and omit the good points that as supporters we expect.
Off the back of a good preformance in which the teamed showed both elements of the games that are needed in attack and defense for some success by the whole team, I think the team had praise given and deservedly so.

It’s because we take it for granted.

We've been a dull team to watch for most of the last five years. Results haven't been great, and games have too often been tedious. It's not a recipe to draw in the floating support, and those with kids will think twice about paying to bring them along as we all know how bored they can get.

If we want crowds to increase, results need to improve and so does the entertainment on offer. Shots, dribbles and goals excite crowds. Possession stats do not.

Myself and a mate have been ST holders since Liberty was built. But after watching the t1t boring football on offer for the last few years, the enthusiasm has been sucked out of us, and both of us didn’t renew this season. I have paid to watch 3 games so far, and after tv watching the Watford game, I must admit that if the Swans continued in that style of a more progressive approach to games, with a solid looking defence, the star find of Lawrence Vigourou, and some decent strikers, I would renew next season for sure.
But then there’s the big American elephant in the room question.
Who knows what the fek they will do?
Backing one of their managers for instance?
Unfortunately an elephant supposedly never forgets, and they’ll never forget to buy trousers with very short pockets.

I think we’ve only got more ‘hard medicine’ to look forward to until there is a change in ownership structure.

I can completely understand why someone who has been going since the stadium was built would start to get disheartened. We were on a steep upward curve for most of that period and the football was good to watch as well as being successful.

Then Levein and co showed up

Thought he gave a bit of a masterclass on how to dominate the 6 yard area against a tall physical side.
