Super review, now I must admit I have a bit of a soft spot for Sunderland. This is probably due to my male family line were all from Sunderland until around the 1860s when my great great grandfather migrated to Limehouse in East London. That apart just have a feeling that this is the game when QPR's fortune this season begins to change and we get that elusive first home win.

Being an ale man I never drink Peroni. But, after reading that I'll have what you're drinking, Clive.

Not likely to see any Movember renaissance this year. It’s January or bust again.

3-2 v Liverpool is my favourite game as a kid. 12 years old, sitting with my Dad. It was probably ingrained in my memory as the result WAS so unexpected.
That result was so huge that I was bought a copy of the game on VHS by my Dad for Christmas.

We've got to turn the corner at some point, hopefully today.

Apart from the first ten minutes against Coventry. We look a bit more solid at the back .
Not sure what that says about Paal’s defending and Jakes importance to the team .
Another clean sheet would be brilliant and perhaps we can nab one at the other end.
Remember that Liverpool game so well . Lots of Liverpool pals who came over from Ireland for that one stunned by how good we were.

I really hope to see JCS's name in our starting 11. I couldn't see him in some training photos I saw from late this week I think, despite searching twice.

Can I add this one please?

Bottom against top in October 1974. We hadn't won a league game sincerthe second match of the season, away to reigning champions Leeds.

The game has officially sold out .
We really are the wierdest football fans that ever existed.
The worse we get the more we sell.

Brilliant write up to a doom-laden game. Surprised at how many of those games your mentioned I'd been at

QPR - "shit but local"
