I was joking about the 3 games, I love the manager so glad he is staying but just find the cloak and dagger approach to how long hes staying for ridiculous.
I just don't see the point in why they are telling us about new deals but not how long for, it's half an announcement

Well it at least shows some form of commitment to the coaching staff.
Whether you would rephrase that as a "board's vote of confidence" though...
Probably the two most important signings so far this season.
Marti and Xavi to be given time.
Nourry said they were multi year extensions, so if they were contracted until end of this season 24/25, multi year means at least two, therefore both until at least 2027.
With players being brought in and also developed at academy level to play in the same style and this being the emphasis, to have two guys who thrive on that style, is key to have them at the helm and for some time to come and Rome was never built in a fortnight !!
If we lost tonight and then on Saturday, there will be many on here that will start talking all sorts of knee jerk nonsense, to suggest it's really not working.

I have to say listening to Xavi and Marti announcing their own long term futures, you believe these guys are not going to be constantly touting themselves to alternative employers.
They may not have the levels of integrity that our once great leader Mick Beale possessed, but I think they may delay their appointments to the Scottish Rangers, a few months more than the mighty Dick Beale did !!!!
