The topic is about a major incident involving deaths by a violent male and broight up in south Wales
Both Dunblane and Hungerfird saw deaths by gun ,which led to legislation changes .
This is by blade ,a more “ intimate” form of killing where the victims blood ,guts and sinew is punctured leading to it being jettisoned over the killer . The smell is greater . It is tactile . These are young children .
No,this is a relatively new phenomenon . Maybe ,we can see an end to unnecessary smart arse comments . |  |

Yes, the misinformation has inflamed tensions further, but it seems to me more of a symptom of a growing crisis than a primary cause. If one looks at Sweden, where the authorities bent over backwards to manage news and keep identities of offenders out of the public domain, this has not prevented things getting worse.
