BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 20:59 - Oct 24 with 2270 views | karlski | We are doing ok defensively but when we get the ball we have nothing. Absolutely nothing. Chronically short of pace so we can let break. Dykes for all his useful effort is so immobile he’s never going to get on the end of anything into the box or anything played up to him in the hope it sticks. If keep it 0-0 a bit of pace from bench might add something Sure but at least 0-0

BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:00 - Oct 24 with 2199 views | aston_hoop | Ainsworth's biggest strength is that it takes him about 3-4 games too long to address problems, so much so that when he eventually does, the opposition manager is so sure that we'll just make the same mistakes that they don't know what to do when we play differently and don't make the mistakes

BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:03 - Oct 24 with 1995 views | Malintabuk | Well that was not a half for either the purist or the floating watcher, but at least we looked like a team with a purpose and with a bit of shape and plan. How long we can keep just punting the ball aimlessly into their half to come straight back and hope they don't score... well we will have to see Need some astute subs tonight as the work rate of not having the ball will wear us out. But it is still 0-0 and long may that stay the same
BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:03 - Oct 24 with 1996 views | bongo_king | Rope a doping round 3. Not easy to watch. 0 shots, 30% possession. It's consistently been GA's problem, he can get us to defend ok or attack ok but not almost never both at once. This looks like a "defend well and hit them on the break" set up.

BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 20:58 - Oct 24 by flynnbo | A coach once said you need to look after the ball whereas we just keep giving it back to them. Just what is the plan here? |
Reminds me of how we often played in the Prem before we were relegated (and *that* game against City). You could argue we don't have the quality players to look after the ball but both Warbs and he who shall not be named had decent spells where we did that very well indeed. BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:05 - Oct 24 with 1926 views | Rangersw12 | Awful to watch but at least we're not losing We have no attacking game plan though and if they score it's game over
BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:05 - Oct 24 with 1883 views | kernowhoop | When QPR turn around and play towards you, would those hardcore, heroic travelling fans please point towards that white structure with the net attached, down below you. It might help the players.
BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:06 - Oct 24 with 1822 views | hoops_legend | Honestly would rather bring on willock, smyth and Armstrong and give this play football a bit of a go than play like this Poor chair, he’s stuck in a side with zero creativity and zero desire… it’s tough

BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:06 - Oct 24 with 1810 views | rbee | Reggie is a positive so far. Colback needs to stay on his feet. Set peices are key in a tight game like this but ours our toothless. Seeing as we like chipping the ball in to their keepers hands why not try something totally out of the box and have someone stand in front of their keeper and block him.
BIT LATE...wba match thread... on 21:08 - Oct 24 with 1719 views | queensparker | Weirdly I’m casting my mind back to times like the late 80s and early 90s and honestly every Rangers away performance was like this. Defend, hoof it, and pray that somehow we’d get a goal. We’ve come a long way

Poor Chair had a great chance with a free kick but fluffed it , then got booked when they hit us on the break from said poor free kick and got booked.
