As awful as the defence have been the midfield are a f ing disgrace. Not run a leg all night so far

Dozzell, Lowe and Tim have not even got a sweat on his this game: total lack of effort.
Lowe has been a terrible loan signing after a promising start.

Get Armstrong on and try and get him his first goal.. it might be the only positive we could get and set him alight..

Yeah, I think we were always going to have a hard time tonight. Granted this is going to tear morale a new one, but let's not overreact. We got that win Saturday, a draw on Saturday coming and it will have been a good week despite this spanking.

Also, a lot of us had already reconciled ourselves to relegation and collapse of pretty much the club as a whole.... so being overly upset now seems a bit churlish....man who turns out not to be dead, sits up, smiles at his family and then dies later on that afternoon is not a cause for more wailing..... we get to keep the 3 points and the memory.

Give me a go on that spliff before they score their sixth.

What's Gubbins have to do to get a game. Jesus wept if you can't get a game at centre half for us you may as well take up hair dressing.

It's remarkable that such an effort on Saturday can be this bad 3 days later, against Blackpool FFS. I think we may actually see Ainsworth f*cking lose it with them after this one.

Never knowingly right.

Intriguing - even before the changes we suddenly abandoned the harem scarem nonsense and have started to try and play football again. Interesting to know whether this is from Ainsworth or if he has lost the players already and they've taken it upon themselves

Bit naive to go with an unchanged team tonight. I know we’re not exactly blessed with options but could’ve shuffled the pack and started Johansen, Armstrong, Amos etc.

Hopefully lesson learnt ahead of Saturday.

I think ainsworth needs to talk a little bit less on his interviews. Saturday has been so overhyped that tonight was almost inevitable.

Bottom line is, we are pretty sh/t.

I suspect with little to no time between Saturday and tonight to train and travel they prepared the team to play both games.

Would probably help if we tried playing a forward pass occasionally. We have reverted to sideways and backwards keep ball.

All these Premiershite reject type players seem to be the same, by and large I.e. lazy, disinterested, and generally absolutely fcuking useless

I suspect it's generally because they've made their money anyway and the fact they haven't cut it at Prem level is more to do with attitude than ability; therefore, why would they be of any use in the Championship? Never again must be loan this type not player

Even if that’s true, I’d say it’s naive. It’s a three game week and a quick turnaround from Saturday. Beale (spit) made a big point of how important it is to rotate during three game weeks.

I think it’s probably more likely that Ainsworth didn’t want to change a winning team but most of our players don’t seem fit enough to cope with two games in a few days for some reason.
