Defensive midfielder, a lot of experience and from what I've seen and heard was one of their better players last year. Worthy of a shout or perhaps out of our price range?

Think the other teacher in the department was Dennis Kinsella. And you're right DA, Sr Jucunda did teach music. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the other nun who taught art who was a little eccentric to say the least. It'll nag me all day.

Anthony Grant on 12:36 - Jul 18 by D_Alien | No, Sr. Jucunda (thanks for correct spelling) was the very mild-mannered music teacher, hence her coaching of the school choir Was the art teacher Sr. Hildeberger? There was also the Geography teacher who had an apoplectic fit when we collapsed into uncontrollable laughter whilst discussing nunataks [Post edited 18 Jul 2019 12:38]

Mild-mannered she may have been usually, but she got very annoyed when I threw a jazz note into the final chord of some Palestrina. All of her anger was directed to Stefan standing next to me, while I kept quiet. Poor Stefan. Serve him right for being such an accomplished jazz musician at 16. Funny you should say about winning the Rochdale Schools Choir competition in 73. The only one I remember us entering was the Rochdale Music Festival; every year (74-78) we got beat by Wardle I seem to remember there were 3 nuns at BH at the time but Sr Jucunda is the only name which comes to mind

He can stay there as well!

Yep, you're right, Hildeberger was the Geography teacher And the name of the other one is bugging me too. I remember her being unable to take a lesson when Picasso died, so we just messed about for an hour

Bloody hell, Renilda! Our form teacher when i first arrived there, spent three years trying to teach us French and we left barely able to string a basic sentence together. How did that happen? Great years though
