I want to see Mcburnie feature more to help teamwork and getting used to working with the wingers. See if Monterro and Asoro can do decent crosses and passes for Mcburnie. Mayeb change Monterro for Narsingh.
If A.Ayew is anywhere near to leaving then he shouldn't feature.. but if it is just all speculation then I would like to see him come on in the second half.. and see how he links up with the wingers. |  | | |  |

That wasn't real bad. We looked comfortable in possession, defended well for most of that half and Montero, as you said, looked consistent for once.
We're lacking that final ball and a goal once we're into the final third. Eibar has been good enough for their goal and capitalised on bad marking/awareness from Roberts/Nordfeldt.
Hardly like the weekend games and we've not even got our best eleven out there. | | | |

I give a shit because its still showing that players like Routledge, Carroll and Fulton offer the square root of phuck all and it's increasingly looking like we'll be going into the first game of the season with their names on the team sheet.
It's massively concerning. They can't hold onto the ball in a meaningless friendly when there's less pressure let alone a league game. |  | | |

Agree friendly results aren't relevant but I was hoping to see a new playing style, what the new recruits bring and where we need to strengthen the most. We seem to moving ball forward with more urgency and width but very lightweight in Midfield. | | | |
