Us living miles away like or liked to point out to people just how proud a club we were and had real passion. Now, we see pitiful internet bitching from fans who travel ten mins to get to games . We don't need those type . Frankly, as I've said before, maybe we all deserve this. We re either telling everyone how loyal, great fans we are or simply insulting It sure ain't my fookn fault as regards our fall .its not internet cretins either We should at least be united in spirit. We re anything but and it deeply upsets Finally, those who cannot go to games for whatever reason aren't responsible for the funeral atmosphere either. I'm useless anyway as I offend those sat near me with bad language and questioning why they need to visit the cholesterol cafe all game

Crowd on 09:37 - Oct 25 with 2764 views | whiterock | I was there last night and it was rather quiet, the United fans take stick off everyone but one thing you can't accuse them of is being quiet, they went through the full repertoire last night, they must have 30 odd different songs, we have 4, tops, even on a good day, we don't have more than 10, what's happened to the songsmiths? I remember Leicester a few years back, the year before they won the title, they were doomed, 7 points adrift with 7 to play, they refused to throw the towel in, the City got behind the Foxes like never before and they managed to pull through, we can blame the dross on the field but for us to pull them through we have to sing our hearts out for the boys.
Crowd on 16:23 - Oct 25 with 2680 views | owainglyndwr | What is really annoying that local people from this area say we when referring to Man United, Liverpool, Arsenal etc. The cannot see what's wrong with it.
Crowd on 16:36 - Oct 25 with 2659 views | SgorioFruit | If we were playing nice neat football and players looked like they were up for these last few recent games then I’m sure we would all be talking nice to each other and saying how we enjoyed the match etc. Sadly this is not the case, the football on display is awful, the manager still doesn’t know what his starting 11 is. Also the fact that local united fans were in every part of the liberty last night pisses a lot of us off. But we have to remain united (pardon the pun) as fellow fans guys. The club is going through a strange but difficult patch, and those in charge have not helped the situation. Money has ruined football. I think Clement can get us playing after a stuttering start however I believe he may only have a few games left to show it. But it’s pointless us fans arguing. I’m sure Jenkins and co would love to see us bickering amongst ourselves. Unite together and show them at the top who are trying to ruin the club that they won’t break our spirit. Crowd on 07:58 - Oct 25 by 34dfgdf54 | I've mentioned this on a thread yesterday. I know the trust have their hands tied and have not got as much say as they would probably like, but is it not time for them now to publicly come out and ask for Huw's resignation? He gets a relatively easy ride at the moment despite his obvious incompetence. Get it in the papers, go public and start putting the pressure on, hopefully we can get a reaction from the crowd. I know you could argue it won't help the players in a toxic atmosphere, but how long can this carry on? PS - I still think Clement has to go, the only thing that can turn the ship around now is a new manager who can hopefully breathe some life into what is a very ordinary squad, and that's being nice. We've got to try something. |
They won't do that, they want him to stay they've got their hands down his pants, I bet they all hang on his every word and giggle like girls at any of his so called attempts at humour.

Spot on, proved by this sites biggest Utd fan giving you a down arrow, who I doubt never goes to the Liberty, probably been to Old Trafford more times. [Post edited 25 Oct 2017 17:52]

I can understand frustration Max, but the Trust want him gone I’m sure of it. I would just like to see this particular issue played out in the public eye a bit more, most fans who go to the Liberty these days haven’t got a clue what’s happening, to them it’s just Premier League football every other weekend, get it in the papers. I’m not saying Petty style pitch invasions but the atmosphere in the ground shouldn’t be as cosy as it is for him

Same thing was said by myself and many others last season and apart from a few chants when it was going tits up under Bobbly it all subsided, if you go to any pub before a game and ask some fans of their thoughts on the sellouts it is all mostly positive and annoyingly even more is that they're still the same after you try and explain to them what has gone on, they respond by saying we're in the Premiership nothing and I mean nothing else matters. The Trust votes proves that, I'm fed up of saying it, but the Trust should have came out when the sale was going through and protested and shouted the betrayal from the roof tops, but the didn't want to upset the apple cart, if the Yanks are now looking to go back on the agreed deal then that tells you everything that they think they can get away with anything. its nothing more than an unmitigated shambles. Spot on, And until the fans actually find out the intentions of the trust then they are left in the dark which will result with members not renewing membership and losing faith with the trust. Which will in turn spell the end for the trust. Which is already happening.

Rushden and Diamonds. Anyway, my point is non violent type stuff, like you not asking for a selfie with him when he walks past and sending love to him on his birthday etc. He’ll get the point then, no need to brick his car. [Post edited 25 Oct 2017 17:14]

I think the Trust have always tried doing things behind closed doors, which to their credit is professional and I completely get that and to some extent admire it, but it hasn’t worked. Jenkins needs to go, and if that means going public then so be it. We’re a Premier League club followed all around the world, get it on Sky Sports, get the tw*t having phonecalls on from that tool Jim White on talk sport asking for his thoughts on the fans calling for his head. Ramp it up. More media coverage the more intense it will get in ground.

I'm 100% behind your 2nd paragraph spot on, I can't stand White either annoys the fuk out of me I usually hit the off button, but yes he'll torment Jenkins if he gets his teeth into something, but then again I've heard him side with others in similar situations he runs with the hares and the hounds as and when it suits him.

Whilst the personal digs are getting tiresome, you're spot on with the first part of that sentence. I wouldn't dare criticise the crowd when I'm not there. Early round cup nights are always quiet as they mix in all sorts with the regulars. Even the Europa league was like a morgue in the group stages, so hardly a surprise.

It's pitiful to hear ,whether there or not. It's a problem and it shows where we are . Dead in the water . It also raises the question, are our " best" fans doing their job in encouraging the team or / and giving the cretinous Jenkins the hardest of times
