I was there last night and it was rather quiet, the United fans take stick off everyone but one thing you can't accuse them of is being quiet, they went through the full repertoire last night, they must have 30 odd different songs, we have 4, tops, even on a good day, we don't have more than 10, what's happened to the songsmiths?
I remember Leicester a few years back, the year before they won the title, they were doomed, 7 points adrift with 7 to play, they refused to throw the towel in, the City got behind the Foxes like never before and they managed to pull through, we can blame the dross on the field but for us to pull them through we have to sing our hearts out for the boys. | | | |

If we were playing nice neat football and players looked like they were up for these last few recent games then I’m sure we would all be talking nice to each other and saying how we enjoyed the match etc.
Sadly this is not the case, the football on display is awful, the manager still doesn’t know what his starting 11 is. Also the fact that local united fans were in every part of the liberty last night pisses a lot of us off.
But we have to remain united (pardon the pun) as fellow fans guys.
The club is going through a strange but difficult patch, and those in charge have not helped the situation. Money has ruined football.
I think Clement can get us playing after a stuttering start however I believe he may only have a few games left to show it.
But it’s pointless us fans arguing. I’m sure Jenkins and co would love to see us bickering amongst ourselves.

I've mentioned this on a thread yesterday. I know the trust have their hands tied and have not got as much say as they would probably like, but is it not time for them now to publicly come out and ask for Huw's resignation?
He gets a relatively easy ride at the moment despite his obvious incompetence. Get it in the papers, go public and start putting the pressure on, hopefully we can get a reaction from the crowd. I know you could argue it won't help the players in a toxic atmosphere, but how long can this carry on?
PS - I still think Clement has to go, the only thing that can turn the ship around now is a new manager who can hopefully breathe some life into what is a very ordinary squad, and that's being nice. We've got to try something. |

Same thing was said by myself and many others last season and apart from a few chants when it was going tits up under Bobbly it all subsided, if you go to any pub before a game and ask some fans of their thoughts on the sellouts it is all mostly positive and annoyingly even more is that they're still the same after you try and explain to them what has gone on, they respond by saying we're in the Premiership nothing and I mean nothing else matters.
The Trust votes proves that, I'm fed up of saying it, but the Trust should have came out when the sale was going through and protested and shouted the betrayal from the roof tops, but the didn't want to upset the apple cart, if the Yanks are now looking to go back on the agreed deal then that tells you everything that they think they can get away with anything. its nothing more than an unmitigated shambles.
