Not really the bbc's fault though is it?
Freezing the licence fee for so many years hasnt helped.
Also the R and A like the ECB have took the money and now will damage a generation growing up with no golf to watch. At least the ECB had an excuse that the money was helping sustain coumty cricket.

Golf should NOT be on the protected list at all. It;'s boring and an elite sport and certainly nowhere near as popular as Six Nations Rugby, England Soccer games etc |  | | |
