Think you're right Brian, it is definitely an age thing.
Can no longer drink coffee before a round of golf as I can stand over a putt and feel my hands shaking from the caffeine.
And as for all the things I can't seem to eat any more. I get wind just from looking at some of them. |

If they do wheel out Kevin Betsy he will be well worth talking to Clive.
Used to watch him when he started his playing career at Woking, and now play golf with his then manager.
He describes him as one of the most impressive and nicest people he has ever met. |

Sitting on the overground Saturday morning on the way to the Millwall game. On comes a mid twenties lad wearing a very nice Guinness home top, we nod to each other and he sits opposite. He pulls out his phone, at which point even my wife spotted the problem.
His phone had a Chelsea case with a picture of Ngolo Kante!
Now, unless there was a Chelsea fan on the platform, crying that some big Qpr boy had taken his phone off him, I am struggling to understand how this can be? |

I agree, and didn’t read the opening post as a criticism or impatience at all.
Also agree that we are very slow and pedestrian at times.
When he came, we were told his whole philosophy revolved around pressure, with the aim of winning the ball back within 5 seconds of losing it.
Not sure we have seen any of that. |
