35 next week. It’s grim if we’re pinning hopes on him.

I get why but it’s a shame. I think there’s an element of ‘magic’ in upsets being televised. Even worse now they move half the games to Sunday for no good reason as they have with Bwood.

An inevitable pick but duller with Sutton only just being relegated. Bwood v Orient or Southend v Charlton are more ‘magic’-worthy. The Wrexham pick is just pathetic.

Find him a bit of an irritating nerd trying too hard to be interesting but maybe that’s just the Chelsea factor.

One my favourite grounds in my half-hearted attempts to do the 92. They aren’t averse to an embarrassing home cup defeat either.

As a newish resident of Sussex it’s good to see Worthing and Horsham in the mix. Also the mighty Bwood sailed through.

The temperature is very important for the taste indeed. We’re brought up to blitz the kettle to boiling as a nation of tea drinkers or as it once was. 80-90 even for cheap instant is advised.

I’m trying to organise a meeting in Yorkshire that day. Being one of 2000 seeing us lose meekly is nothing compared to being one of 500 on a Tuesday.

I liked Cullip a lot. Remember him being more old school hard as fk rather than big. Honourable mention for Damion Stewart.

The only thing that keeps us going through endless matches against Preston and Blackburn for a decade is the hope that one day we might get another break for a year or two before the next decade of it. Preferably a break which involves playing Chelsea and Spurs rather than Wigan and Bolton.

When I saw the pic the club posted he looked in brilliant nick for 80. Hopefully got plenty left in him.

It would never happen but I’d be all for carrying on the league through international breaks and any team who lose players for that game just get on with it just as teams with African players lose them for a period of time during the AFCON.

Coffee addict - minimum three double espressos a day but four is probably the average. Partly because I like it, partly because cocaine in the office is frowned upon and partly it’s a good hunger suppressant. Cut it out entirely when I had bad insomnia for many months and it just made me more miserable. Now sleeping well even if I have the last one too late but tend to have one after lunch at 2-3 and all good. The volume of soft drinks people get through they probably don’t realise how much caffeine they’re putting away in the evening.

Surely the obvious solution is to just not play Foden.

I don’t mind him trying something in these glorified friendlies. Not the system I’d have picked with Watkins in decent form but we aren’t blessed up front when Kane isn’t fully fit and you could argue his form for England has been poor for a while whereas we are ridiculously well stocked with fancy attacking midfield types. The crowd looks rather sparse.

Heard they’re making it a bubble fixture but then just taking the bus straight to Broadmoor.
