Of course they're aware, Fernandes even said before they were unveiled that they weren't ideal, it's just the nature of the contract and the timescales involved for this season. Emailing them isn't going to do anything since it's done for this season and they clearly already know what most fans want for the season after (hence why the latest Lotto shirts are actually quite good, they knew what we want and had time to get it sorted) [Post edited 28 May 2014 18:14]

Derby's site says
"Crowd Flags And Musical Instruments — Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact slo@dcfc.co.uk to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them."
