Hope it goes well for you. I ended up with pacemaker - when I was waiting to go in to theatre one of the nurses said you are lucky, you are getting one of the American pacemakers made by Abbott to which I replied that I was hoping for a Chris Chataway or a Chris Brasher model - the nurse was only in her 20’s so had no idea who they were so I said Google them when you get a minute. A few minutes later you could hear giggles from the nurse who googled the names and from her colleagues who she shared the joke with. Hope your op works for you as welll as my PM works for me. |

Swansea’s front 3 have scored a total of 3 goals between them in the Championship this season so there shoulnn’t be any excuses yet three of the players I would think are most likely to score against this level of opposition are on the bench (Archer, AA & Tall Paul). I guess we will just have to wait and see… Looking forward to seeing what Dibling can do against a FL standard defence 🙂 |

A copy & paste of my post about Ankersen on another thread - pretty much loathed at Brentford according to my neighbour who stilll works there.
My neighbour works for Brentford as an administrator and has said to me they threw a huge party when Ankersen left BFC for us. Everyone very relieved and the Club has gone from strength to strength since the muppet vacated the premises. He says Ankersen contributed nothing of note in his time at BFC but was very good at taking the credit for good things achieved by other people. [Post edited 3 Jan 18:58]
