I jumped into a taxi in Colorado being driven by a Grizzly bear. My big mistake was shouting "Mall please" to it. |

I'm curious as to what you thought the "Dunne Off" thread was going to be about. |

it was more to shoehorn in the Damascene moment line. His comments do speak volumes about how our attractiveness as a club is to other players. Let's hope he is more Ray Wilkins/ John Hollins Chelse than perhaps Gary Chivers. |

Exeter seemed to have a plan to stop him scoring by doubling up on him, it just released others into the spaces. |

Anti Zionist NOT anti Semitic, just about the only only Semites in that area are the Palestinians. Type "Israeli funding of the UK Labour party" in to a search engine and prepare to sit down for a few hours to read through the results. Israel practically owns the PLP. |

He has demonstrated that he knows where the back of the net is at that level and I saw that he was heavily marked in his last which ended up with Orient scoring six and Charlie not on the score sheet. Questions have to be asked about that tactic. I doubt he would be getting a fortune if he was to resign and he has the feel of one we would regret if we did let him go. Tricky one. |

Nice bit of retrospective editing to impress the casual viewer. If you think politics doesn't affect your day to day life then I have a bridge you may be interested in buying. BTW, you don't get to decide where I post. If you don't like my opinion, block me. |

This Labour Party are nowhere near the left, they are not even socialist any more. They are neo Liberal Thatcherites overseen by Blair and Mandelson, funded by Israel and US healthcare providers. The writing was on the wall when Starmer was parachuted into the PLP and almost immediately set about sabotaging the upcoming election and once elected leader, set about removing all traces of the left/ socialism. If I was to reproduce that 2019 PLP manifesto with all acknowledgements to Labour removed, you wouldn't doubt it if I said it was recent manifesto from a Scandinavian political party. As said earlier in the thread, what we get offered now is one of two wings from the same bird. [Post edited 29 Jan 20:36]

I said at half time to my mate, they should drug test him now, I bet he wouldn't be playing the second half if they did. |

Saturday's game, Bannon was playing all over the pitch, left and right, deep in his own half and up supporting the forward players. Indefatigable! |

Barring injuries, and based on how seems to have turned the corner as a professional player I wonder what odds you'd get for him playing until he is 40? He looks fitter now than he ever has so I guess he is now training regularly... and none of his team mates trying to break his legs. |

I noticed today we changed our corner routine from hitting it long and heading the ball back into the 6 yard box to duking it out with corners into the box, a plan that was doomed from the get go with the size of Owls defenders no matter who was taking the corners. A very poor ref didn't help our cause today and before the game I learned that the ref assessor today was former Norwich player Mark McGwire? sp. who was in the team that beat us, and cost us the 1st. Division title. Ominous portents indeed. |

I am fairly sure I never had a good word to say about him from the day he was announced as a QPR player. I received a lot of abuse on here for it but I have yet to read a single thing about him that would make me regret my stance. I felt, and still feel the same, about candleface. Both pondlife IMO. He was technically better than all those players you named; he could do anything they ever did but none of those could do some of the things AT did. He had more than one good season with us too. That 1st season in the EPL was only worth watching because of him and Townsend. This is a hill I would die on. |
