Does ANYONE know exactly what is the problem with Richards?? At £4m for a club of our size with no money he should be our key player.
Who was responsible for getting him?
What happened to the analysts behind the scenes who keep dossiers on the right sort of players for our club? |

The more pressure you are under and more shots conceded then the more chance of an error.

I always remember the home game before Warnock and then the first home game with Warnock.
Against Ipswich players laughing and joking in the pre-match warm up. Could have easily been 4 down at half-time.
Against WBA in the pre-match warm up Keith Curle standing, arms folded, watching them. Result speaks for itself.
Get the right man and it can make a big difference even with the same players.
I did think Ainsworth was that man but something has to change quickly. |

The current targets we are interested in seem to be falling one by one.
Why does it take so long to get anyone in? Are they really interested in playing for us
or anyone especially those out of contract.
We are now less than 48 hours before our first game and have no fit experienced centre backs, unless you include Fox who has not had a pre-season.
At the end of last season Ainsworth said this would all be sorted.
I cannot believe this situation is his fault as he seems to have many targets which he must have identified.
I fear that with our current record against lower league teams in cups and friendlies that relegation this season might be followed with another next season.
Any thoughts? |

Walking round Sports Direct in Basildon and saw a QPR cap going cheap.
Took it to the cash desk and the chap said "I didn't think I would ever get rid of that". |

Seems like first response is to always change the manager. At the end of the season three will still go down. Probably all will have changed their manager and in some cases several times. If you think you have a good person then stick with them.
Sometimes it is that the players are not good enough.
Since Warburton every manager has said the defence cannot deal with crosses especially from set pieces.
Warburton even said they had practiced all week before the Sheff Utd game last season when we were battered.
Then we let Masterson go who has never let us down who must be dealing with crosses and big target men down in League 2. He is even scoring goals.
After three games last season everyone at Arsenal was calling for Arteta to go. Look now.
Rogers goes after a last kick winner for C. Palace. Is he to blame for that?
If we go down it will be because the players are not good enough or too timid and flaky.
It is then Ainsworths job to sort that out so that we can push for the top of league 1. If he does not get the backing of the board then he should call them out. Then he can be judged. |

Playing for the U18's. Been on loan at Colchester.
Seems to have been with us for years but never played. I know he has been beset with injuries.
But why is he still with us?
If he is currently not injured then surely he should be pushing for a first team place at his age. |

What did Masterson do wrong when he played a couple of years back? See Gillingham have hit form since he arrived. I know it is two divisions below but he helped us out with Warbs and is always in demand from other clubs as a loanee. |

Why does Dozzell get the nod over Amos? I know Amos is injury prone but must be a better option if fit enough to be named on the bench. |

No, I think he has it sussed. We have to be better in both boxes and stop having moments,
whatever that means.
He will be an expert analyst on the EFL show soon. |
