Liverpool got planning permission to demolish a whole street, so i'm fairly sure you'd get planning permission to build over half a garden you own. |

This is a bit long winded. I'm not a landlord and also i have no idea how any of the finances workout but i'm sure there must be some link between what you pay for a property and how long you have to rent it out before you make a profit but..... Is it financially viable for a club with wealthy owners to invest in property without affecting FFP (Or the other abbreviation), there are 36 ish properties (google map survey) backing onto our ground from Loftus Road and Ellerslie Road, each property is divided into 3 flats and they are approx £600k each. Where's that calculator gone, ok that makes 36*3*£600k = £65m. Bear with me, now if the club systematically bought them through a shell company and just rents them out at the going rate and when it owns all of them, then just build over half the gardens and either sell them on or just keep renting them out. Also on rightmove there is a maisonette in LR for rent at £6k per/month. Calculator again, 36*3*£6k = £648,000 a month. I know the maths is a bit rudimentary but it might be financially viable. |

Just as a heads up, they have dug up the road under the railway at Greenford and it's an utter shambles, not sure where abouts in Greenford you are heading to but make sure if you park at Greenford you are the correct side of the railway. You may be better off parking at Perivale, form there you can head over Horsenden Hill for North Greenford and head via the Ruislip Road for South Greenford. Good luck |

If you look at Google maps it seems this is the only viable option, the council might be persuaded to truncate SAF or make it a single lane Buses only between Bloemfontein and Batman and the ground could move far enough north to allow for a new School end stand to get past Imrie be full width. |

Not to be a killjoy or anything but fck me, where did Marti find that opposition. Their goalie looked about 14. On a more serious note, i'm not sure that Armstrong is the answer to any question that involves the words goal and scorer. |

@Hayesender, what about Margate away, walking across the halfway line during the 2nd half and then pretending to take penalties in their goal. |

The Shanakee, it's about 30 yards from the front of the station, no food though but seating inside and out, weather permitting. |

We had 1000's there that night, when we spoke to the QPR copper he told us that Ipswich had phoned QPR to ask how many to expect and the club said about 250, the Ipswich copper said there were other 2,000 in the town already and that was about 6pm, they had to move Ipswich season ticket holders out of their seats to accommodate our fans and we were in the press seats. |

We were on the coach that didn't get the windows put through but we could see yours get done and there were also a couple of people being tended to by the roadside who had been stabbed or slashed. A nasty night, one of my mates who went by train said it was like a casualty ward on the way back but also said it was 50/50. |

Maybe the owners wouldn't have to fund the club £1m a month if they ran the thing properly in the first place. It has been said on here plenty of times but the academy has produced nothing in years, if we produced one semi reasonable player every two to three years that would save us a transfer fee for a start. Secondly, i like most people on this board probably spend at least £40 on a matchday buying beer and food, none of which i spend in the ground because quite frankly it is vile and expensive. We are currently averaging 16k at home this season and if the catering was of any decent fare i would be prepared to probably spend half of that in the ground which by rough mathematics is could generate somewhere close to £320k per game (obviously some spend less and some more) multiply that by 24 games (23 league and we'll probably get one of our first round cup defeats at home) = £7.6m. I appreciate all the calculations may not be exact but the owners should fix the small things first. |
