I'm not surprised he didn't give the penalty. The defender turned away and it was ball to hand. I thought the 2nd yellow for Dunk was correct. One of the troubles of the modern game at the top levels is that manhandling of players has become endemic and none of the referees penalise it. I'd like to see a ref give a penalty very early for such offences and see what happens thereafter.
