There was a theory but Dominique dismissed it and Gisele didn't think it was the case but wasn't sure.
A lot of the offenders were just that offenders low life's, not Mr Everyday I would say as apparently coined by the press |

Gisele deserves a break after what she has been through but you would think that at some point she would need to be interviewed about her ex husband in relation to other cases he is potentially linked with (assuming she hasn't been already), was his clothes buzzing of ethanol, did he lose items of clothing back in the day, his behaviour at a given time etc etc.
Perhaps Gisele was busy getting on with life, children, work, other things etc and did not notice anything (if indeed there was anything too notice, who knows if this trial is just part of the Pelicot story or if it is the whole story). [Post edited 19 Dec 19:53]

French law is different to English law, intent as opposed to consent, I guess that is why lots of them pleaded not guilty.
The French are talking about changing their law on the subject. |

How does the system work ?, what is pro bono ?, could I have a top lawyer (if I needed one) for nothing ?
If somebody has no money could they have a top lawyer for free ?
And if they were up against a working man in court, would the working man having some money have to pay for a lawyer ?, therefore the person with no money gets a top lawyer for nothing and the person with a small amount of means gets a poor lawyer because he or she can't afford a good one and the person with no money wins against the working man as the system is not about right and wrong but about who's lawyer persuades the magistrates/juries. |

Is Morriston doing too much ?
No Neath Gen anymore, where do those patients go ? (Morriston I believe)
Port Talbot seems a small thing in comparison to the old Neath Gen and doesn't seem to provide nowhere near the same services.
Has Morriston taken on more and more work with satellite hospitals closing or downgrading ? |

Does the NHS take mental health seriously?, does the NHS offer treatments and services for mental health issues ?, I personally don't know what they do/if they do anything. |

Another modern issue detrimental to mental health is online bullying, at one time it was mainly confined to the playground and in some cases in the workplace, now there is a big problem online. |

Watched the Manchester derby on the box and I thought it was a low quality affair, poor advert for the Premier League only saved from the file marked dire rubbish by two late goals resulting in a turn around. |

I think our manager is doing ok, I thought the Swans were likely to struggle more than they have up to this point in the season, so I think he is doing ok, it will be interesting to see how we go next season after he has a summer transfer window. |
