Good news - In my opinion all the remaining games should be free to air. That would be a good gesture from Sky and BT...so I won't hold my breath. |

But why not post on the NON-football threads? Why start political threads in the section entitled football threads?
BTW - it's not that the issues are not important; it's that, as far as I know, no one who posts about them on here really has a clue.
I can and do ignore many of the threads on here but it's noticeable how many people no longer post on here. Is that what you want? |

There are important matters. It's just that this is a football website and when I want to know about important matters I'll go to the source of credible information - not some fantasist that just regurgitates newspaper articles that only show one viewpoint.
If you really care so much and want to put your views across, please have the decency not to hijack a football forum - just find somewhere more appropriate or at the very list try and be interesting or witty.
Together with a handful of equally boring, pathetic individuals, are you trying to sound the death knell for this forum....or do you think your opinions are so important that you need to ram them down everyones' throats? |

I agree - can't summon any enthusiasm for the season to finish - especially as it's all just about global TV viewership. The professional game in England without fans is simply not the same. |

Am I the only person finding the hijacking of this forum by ill-informed narcissists and fantasists who only seem to want to post child-like about left and right wing politics, their heroes, what they had for breakfast and Covid-19 really boring?

Very moving - my condolences and a reminder that Saints supporters come in many different forms.
This article, together with Nick's excellent retrospectives, remind me of the pleasure that I had going to games with my dad and the pleasure of going to games with my son.
It also reminds me of what it means to support Saints and the bonds that tie us rather than divide.
