Capello worked hard but, for me anyway, wasn't at all inspirational.
Warnock or Redknapp would inspire and work hard.
Don't give the new Manager a four year term. Just see what they can salvage from the Euro's first.

international management though is about tactics and flexibility, unless you are fortunate enough to be dealt a hand of having all the best players, for what we have we need a motivator / tactician who can effect a game during it. Not sure Harry fits that bill IMHO |  | | |

Harry should'nt take it. He's in his element right now and closing in on retirement and has more than enough readies to make it comfortable.
If he does take it he will start with a completely new set of problems which he cant address by his usual talent of identify-buy-sell-profit at a time when the mind is already slowing down.
