Roma Fish Bar up past Paradise Park and just the other side of the roundabout on the hill going down towards Sketty is the place, proper top notch Chippee.

Keith on 01:18 - Jul 13 with 1654 views | Robbie | Rossis originally in the Hafod had rissoles , would travel miles to get them , and their chips . Both breadcrumb and battered versions each delicious , not sampled the new Rossis yet . Ron Evans Pies based in Taibach , remember the oval mince pies back in the day superb. Looks like they have a small shop still selling their pies but are they the same taste . Will venture up to Port Talbot next week to try them out . [Post edited 13 Jul 1:19]

Tanygroes Bakery on you guessed it Tanygroes Rd is the place to for decent bakery grub, not tried their pies, not my thing, but Pasties, freshly made rolls baguettes are quality, oh and don't forget their Custard Slices, I thought Jenkins Bakery had the best Custard Slices, but after tasting the ones from Tanygroes they're my number one now, not as sweet as the ones in Jenkins which makes them nicer for me.
