Merry Christmas, everyone. This board keeps me entertained, infuriated and engaged throughout the year and I am grateful for it, but especially Clive's writings which just add so much to the whole Rangers experience. Never taken for granted.
Let's hope Marti can bring us a half decent 2024.

It’s been a year to forget for QPR and at times it’s felt like an endurance test. Clive’s writing as well as the different views and humour expressed on the board has made it bearable, so thank you all!

I just wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, most of all good health! These days people don't spend much time or thought on some personal words to their friends and family, they just copy and paste some random shit and send it on. So, after all we've been though together this year I want to thank you for your friendship and wish you a happy 2018! You are the best gymnastics group anyone could ask for. Best wishes, Helen xx
Happy Xmas to all the brilliant people who contribute on LFW, a superb community, it's like being in a pub having a chat with your mates....
Something sobering I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in November and will hopefully be getting treatment in the New Year, the reason I'm posting this is for pity's sake all of you get yourself checked regularly. I've been having checks since 2018, it's not as if I've been ignoring it, just go and get a blood test, one year it can be OK and then the next you have passed the PSA threshold.
Hope you are OK Ted I have missed whatever post saying you are not well, hopefully 2024 will be a good one for everybody's health and the Rs keep improving, in Marti we trust......

Mate you've posted wise words re the prostate, similarly last November I was examined and was warned 'that there was a prostate problem' I was then quickly examined again (within a week) by the Specialist In Oxford and thankfully given the all clear.
After years of avoiding bloody Covid but due to feeling crap last weekend I tested myself Sunday and was horrified to discover I was Covid positive (two days later so was Mrs Ted). Today was my Ninth day of testing positive which Is a wee bit concerning. There Is apparently a risk that Blokes of my age group 73 who have had strokes and who catch Covid the risk of further strokes whilst being Covid positive is increased. It's probably all bolox but that's more than enough doom and gloom from me. (I'm fine, I'll stay fine and that's the bottom line and how It Is.)
@ Blue _Castello; All the good luck In the World to you Mate.
My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.
