The only risk for us is him not previously being a No 1
But I think this is compensated by the fact he has a really good bunch of lads in this squad with natural leaders (Dunne & Field), good characters (Adomah) and no big time charlie's (or andre's).
Hopefully his renowned coaching pedigree will earn the existing players respect and attract more young players like Eze, Willock etc as Beale seems to play a similar style to Warburton with an emphasis on bringing young players through, so Belk, Ramsey & Hall will have a busy next few months.
Thank the lord he agreed to come. Obviously likes to take a risk.

Credit where credit is due the board have done a good job here sourcing an indiviual with huge potential. Let's be honest very few if any of us had heard of him this time last week, but more than happy to have him at LR compared to the dire list of candidates being quoted by the bookies.

I'm not impressed. Been here for one afternoon and we are still languishing in 15th position, which OK, is better than the fabled 16th but you can hardly call that progress.
'I'm excited by working with the players that are already here'. I hope that doesn't mean no incomings. Other than that, as previously stated, I would be a bit jealous if it were another team.

This is very much a Les appointment so I hope it works out better than the last one he went to bat for which was JFH Good to see a different approach with someone highly thought of before someone else gets him Personally I would have liked an Alex Neil type manager to see if could have a go at the play offs But I think this manager could be what we are looking for
