Following Jose Mourinho’s recent public criticism of Tanguy Ndombele at Spurs, I started to think about other reasons why the chants came out for KH calling him Baldy Mourinho.
Yes he has been the most successful Rochdale Manager there has been so managerial success is a likeness to Mourinho but there are many other traits that they have in common.

Great success then great lows with sackings that follow
Public criticism of players
Public criticism of fans
Never their fault
Lone wolf scenario
