Always remembering of course that if we lose to Everton next week then we will by all intents and purposes, be relegated.

As predicted Palace got stuffed at City.

Now that's massive for us it means one of two things:

1. They're going to be right up for Hull game
2. If they lose they have to go to Old Trafford to survive

The ideal would be for Hull to screw up today and we're sitting pretty

Sitting pretty indeed.... as long as we beat Everton 🖒

Depends if Hull draw or lose then a point will keep us in it, a Hull win and a draw today against Everton will most definitely see us relegated

No chance, we're still in it. There's a 5 point gap which can quickly become 2 points going into final game.

They draw that game we win, we're safe

As long as Sunderland at least hold Hull to a draw then I would say we could still afford to lose today by a solitary goal and still be well in it.

Great result for us. Takes the pressure off, we can now lose and still have more chance of surviving than we did this time yesterday.

No, we have to go for the win.

Win today and away at Sunderland is not a necessity.

Win at Home draw away.

In theory we could survive if we win today, that is fact very possible

Of course we go for the win.

But we can afford to lose now. Going for the win doesnt mean you will get it, ask Hull.

I'm saying that Everton could in fact be an easier game than Sunderland away.

As I said before we beat Everton I fancy us whatever happens in Sunderland.

Of course you are correct that result has made it less pressing but I still feel it is vital. IN OUR HANDS

Of course, every game is massive. We should go for the win every time. Goes without saying. But knowing Hull's result takes a massive amount of pressure off us.

If you asked every Swans fan yesterday if they would take maintaining the 2pt gap and increasing our GD... then I would imagine the majority would have taken that with Hull being 1/2 favourites and almist everyone expecting a routine win.

If we win we are now out of the relegation zone. But it wont be a disaster if we dont. A defeat is the equivelant of us both winning, which is another scenario we probably would have taken given the fact that this week represented their easiest game and our hardest - on paper anyway.
