Yeah, the video doesn't look half as bad as the still shot or the press report made out. Report said he was in the actual press conference.
I hope I was wrong and he doesn't seem the type to court controversy.

Not completely sure, but the embedded video appears to show Guidolin turning up at reception and looking rather puzzled to see a crowd across the room.
He seems to ask the receptionist what is going on and then waves to people he knows, before having a brief word with a couple of people who walk up to him. Within seconds a club official walks across to the reception desk and says something, whereupon Guido walks away. My interpretation may be quite wrong, but Guidolin never seems to move towards the press conference. To say he did anything wrong may be unfair. It is a big coincidence though if this was really a tale of two separate meetings,
