For most Norwich City supporters, things have never been so good at Carrow Road as it is of late. Some will hark back to events of a couple of decades ago, or so, but the tingling in the blood, and the eager anticipation of the next game is new to many.
It has been one of the more interesting things to do lately, to read what other people have to say about Norwich City's unbelievable tenacity.
Like a Jack Russell terrier, refusing to let go of his favourite toy, the players give as much effort as the clock runs the final seconds down as they do from the very first minute.
It pays off. No less than 12 other clubs have stared in disbelief as the referee has pointed to the centre circle. Defenders look to linesmen and vent their frustrations becuse, surely, somebody had to be offside.
And what about the less fortunate fan, unable to get to Carrow Road for whatever reason? The late, lamented City supporter and local radio commentator, Roy Waller must be watching from the commentary box named in his memory and giving advice over showing just the right amount of neutrality to Chris Goreham, his successor, and Neil Adams.
