Christmas is upon us and the finishing touches are just about complete. The BBC Sports site reports that there are doubts at Norwich over whether or not Russel Martin and Wes Hoolahan will be fit.
Earlier in the week, Paul Lambert suggested that both should be ready to go. As well as reporting that Zak Whitbread and Adam Drury have fared well on the road to recovery.
Leon Barnett, of course, will sit the Palce game out. As well as the game next Tuesday against Sheffield United at Carrow Road.
There is a hectic glut of four games in eight days, and collective fingers will be crossed that the players all come out the other end without injury.
A great advantage is that travelling will be kept to a minimum, with Palace jut a couple of hours down the M11, and a couple of games at home before the longer haul up to Middlesbrough on January 3rd, the New Year Bank Holiday.
The Christmas and New Year fixtures usually go a long way to sorting out the teams that are likely to be thrashing it out for promotion as the season teeters on the downward side, so hopes are high that Norwich City has all it takes to finish the job they started.
One thing is for certain, whatever happens over the coming week and a half, NMtD will be keeping you up to date with all that's going on.
