Even with Bournemouth and Brighton in the PL the catchment area is vast and we could easily mop up everything from Bournemouth in the West, to Brighton and beyond in the East. For some reason we have never had owners willing to go balls out to get us on the map.
Have said it for years, we should be getting shot of all our old unsold replica kits and getting them out to places in Asia etc and giving them to football fans to get them on the Saints bandwagon. Is Ralph Krueger still promoting us overseas as I thought that was his remit in the latter days!?!?
Seriously though, would have been very interesting to see how we might have faired had Markus (RIP) still been around. With him and Cortese it was the closest we got to going places. These goons now couldn’t run a bath. |

Call me daft, but I (again) stayed to the bitter end Saturday. Now, that is not to say normally I don’t adhere to the 3 goal rule, but for some sadistic reason I was just dumbstruck at how things were panning out with the new man at the helm.
The worst bit of all? My misses has a friend who goes with her young lad (circa maybe 11 or 12) whom I could see sat in the Kingsland. Like moi, stayed to the bitter end. I messsged her after the game to comment how bad I felt for nipper (again!) no doubt having to go to school to have the pïss ripped out of him today. I commented on how good it was that he was following Saints but couldn’t understand why he just doesn’t support City or Liverpool. Apparently he followed City initially, but after kids tipping him for being a ‘glory supporter’ is now fully behind Saints. KUDOS to the lad and nobody can level being a glory supporter anymore!!! |

Surely the ‘We March On’ böllox needs to be replaced with immediate effect.
Is it time to go out to all the local schools and get the kids to submit something new; answers on a postcard sort of thing. The unlucky winner could win tickets for them and immediate family to sit in the stand with Rasmus et al. to watch another inept performance. |

Sadly I cannot do any more. The only thing I procure through the club is my ST and the odd away ticket which doesn’t impact SR’s revenue.
Anyone that drinks the Nats Pïss on offer at St. Mary’s needs their head examined anyway.
I do feel a small amount of sympathy for Dragan who I might suggest has been hoodwinked by that clown Rasmus **

Cannot believe how unfit the team are. Even when we didn’t have the greatest (Noddy Speak) ‘ballers’ under WGS, at least he got them primed which had an impact. [Post edited 5 Jan 9:41]
