All of us are learning everyday and Williams must change tactics. It is easy to suggest he is "out of his depth" but that is only true if he cannot adapt and change his tactics.

Even Bobby Robson was forced to change during a World cup where from recollection he dropped Butch Wilkins who played similar to Grimes and stifling creativity..

Williams solution was to sell or loan out the hungry lions stars of the u21 team Abdullai and Wilson thereby reducing his options and letting the older players he has been ravishing praise on know they are safe from the chop.

Williams gas blamed the players for the latest surrender and blamed the defeat as a " mindset" issue. Some suggest he has lost the dressing room. If Williams wants to save his neck he has no choice but to relieve Grimes of the captaincy and push him into the number 10 position and not this nonsense Quarter back dep role.

Cullen or Cabano has to be given the job. Not next month but now.

No this is fan direct action. Swansea fans are 10% owners and if Coleman is to believed are listened to. They can make a recommendation to the club for change " after numerous requests from the fan base".

I backed Williams but found his flippant response to the managers odds for the WBA job alarming. So did the players if the vertical fall off of results since then is anything to go by.

Swansea ars constantly looking for an up and coming star manager who can do two good years and then get poached for a couple of million. This should have happened with Martin but he is seems tipped them off about his contract and they played hard ball.

Better now to get in an experienced technician to redefine the style of play which results in the creation of goal scoring opportunities and a strong defence. He will be past his best perhaps but with a long record of teams with a clear dame plan. It is not clear what Williams is trying to do other than dominate possession.

A new tighter defensive counter attacking style might be more effective and entertaining than this style. The team has been boring for some time.

It was never easy for them. Swansea fans chased out Huw Jenkins after 1 bad season out of 15 after some wretched recruitment. It was not actually Levien's fault.

I do not go big on blaming people because it is very difficult to re create what Jenkins did.

The fans group make big claim but at re total passengers and in my view demonstrate Welsh committee men simply are not up to the job. I suspect they thoughts are "what are the perks" focused free ticket the the boardroom etc.

Levien did Coleman a big favour in selling cheaply and clearing debts.

Swansea now have choir boys who do not score. He was no trouble at Derby or Plymouth until right at the end when he e forced a move like Ntcham did.

Cullen is low maintenance low output. The perfect player for a mid table team.

The question is why Swansea got £1m and Plymouth £6m.

I quote Trundle because he had flair and was exciting. Cullen is a technical footballer but not know for flair other than that free kick the other day.

I believe Whittaker became awkward due to not been given games. There is no reason why he could not face played alongside Piroe.

Loved in Plymouth by Schumacher and now Middlesbrough pay £6m and Carrick clearly likes him. Burnley also wanted to sign him.

The only people that did not like him ars in Swansea. He was incompatible wu ith the Swansea methods and not the first. Cullen who nobody wants has been given a new long contract. There is no room for fresh blood and Abdullai

Good players are leaving because of the system while stale old players have a stranglehold on Williams who produces boring football.

Was Whitaker too exciting for this rigid dull ream ? Too much flair.? Trundle must be bemused.

I do not make it personal. Darling is a professional footballer and in my opinion will accept a playing role somewhere if told his Swansea career is over. He it seems is highly rated in Swansea and on good money but no one else rates him
. This is blatantly untrue.

He will be idle with two or three offers on the table. No football will choose to be idle over playing.

This is a reasonable logic. Asoro walked. Whittaker went down a league for game time. It was you was it not ? pedalling untruths about Darling being able to sign a pre contract before you were corrected .

You are a flag waver with strong Anglo sympathies. You are for the status quo. That is Swansea in the championship at best. Any potential advantage offered by EUFA gas been blocked.

The FA are soft on Man city West Ham and Chelsea and will not be so decisive. Swansea cannot compete.

Teams on the Cymru league have seen a potential income stream shut down by the English FA. Hardly good news.

They say it is unfair. The whole league is rigged by financial dopping they do nothing about . Man city's 135 charges. 70,000 seated stadium with station to West Ham for pennies with millions of taxpayers money.

The FA gave stamped on this little scheme of little consequences for them brutally. The little guy's hope wers crushed. Good new for "we know our place Welsh" .

In 2017 Swansea crushed West Ham 1-4 in the pre ultimate games at Upton Park. The Irons got "a gift" and Swansea have not been able to compete since.

Huw Jenkins created a miracle but that is now history. We have to find as the odds are very much against us.

You have got you fact wrong in the January window before. Low will be out of contract so the turned down fee when he was contracted is irrelevant.

I contest if Swansea sign Low now and Ducoux and tell Darling he has played his last game for Swansea he will find a club for a fee.

Cooper was decisive and told Asoro to go and he went.

Man city 135 charges Sti no result. West Ham 70,000 stadium. Swansea beat them 4-1 in the penultimate game at the Boleyn ground. Since then West Ham have been given a massive leg up by HM government and Swansea cannot compete with them. English flagman hates the FAW shock.

Swansea have had players sulking after missing out on moves and ending up as legends Ferries Bodde to Derby, Neil Taylor to Newcastle even Angel Rangel.

Managers need to extract value from those players. Potter did it with McBurnie. Martin said not do it with Whitaker. He desperation to get him out the door lead to a low selling pricem

It was a disastrous loan to Hull. They tried too late to keep him and he only started two games . Brighton made a mistake sending him there. They thought Hull would be pushing for promotion.

I do not know where the Cundle quote came from? A senior moment as I was aware the was at Stoke for a while.
