Reason we may be interested is resale value. Apparently the asking price is £350k so potential is there to make a profit |

Agreed, plus Michi bullies the shit out of defenders, holds the ball up well and brings others into play beautifully. On Monday his first time passes round the corner to set Smyth free were great, as well as his determination to then sprint into the box to provide an option |

We need a squad and that includes players who aren't injured and can come on for a 10 minute cameo here and there. Madsen has thankfully fallen into that bracket but it's so regrettable that he's that player after he was our most expensive signing in many a long year |

Back in the country for a week and so first game I've made this season. No place on this whole earth I'd rather be than at Loftus Road under the lights for an evening game. Especially when we smash Luton! Brilliant game, end to end and we could have won 6-4. Again, the regime team played well and the fact we now have depth on the bench is so encouraging. Biggest cheer of the night wasn't for the two goals, it was for the couple of monster tackles in our own box after Frey's opener. In open play we defended wonderfully as a team for most of the match. Another highlight was their defender taking 5 minutes of their time to realise he was being subbed off, rather summed them up |

I'd agree with this and think this is thankfully quite a measured thread about opinions. Smyth's decision making has improved markedly the last 5-odd games and we need him to keep it up and show it's not just a flash in the pan. What I would note that hasn't been said so far is that along with his improved end product, he seems to be doing far fewer of those stupid dives he used to carry out a few times every game. Maybe both those things go hand in hand with improved confidence in himself. Props to him for presumably putting in the with on the training pitch to improve his game |

Club's already been reporting it all day |

It is for me, yes. Thought Michi really led by example smashing the defence about the place, Dunne was magnificent in both boxes, Field and Varane were rocks in midfield, Kieran Morgan's passing was a joy to behold and both Paal and Ashby stood up resolutely and provided attacking endeavour in addition to Smyth's non-stop running and directness |

Really difficult to pick a MOTM today. Everyone has played well and played their part in a convincing win and I genuinely can't pick out one performance above others |

Saito already with two great steals tight to the byline. Absolutely no-one playing sub-par today |
