I remember Osian Roberts when manager of Porthmadog were playing at Carmarthen.

Half way through the second half he went to bring a young lad as sub, who was waiting for a while to come on with the fourth official.

Unfortunately nerves got the better of the young lad and he went to relive himself behind the stand. Then the ref stopped the game for the substitution and a bemused Osian Roberts couldn't understand where his player had disappeared to😂.
