Every Watford fan I have spoken to is absolutely gutted that he's gone and not been given a chance in the premiership. They rate him even higher than Tozser and he's exactly what we need in our defence - left footed, ball playing and loads of Championship experience in a back 3 or 4. He scores goals too. Add the pace of YSY and we're really starting to shape up in our weakest area.
Brilliant business once again, I am beginning to think Lee Hoos is a sorcerer.
Shame for Grant Hall as he has been looking better and better, albeit against Rotherham and Huddersfield. Still gives good competition in defence, all we need now is a decent right back and things will look good. Wonder what the odds are for promotion now.....................

Let's not get carried away, we're doing really well, hopefully that continues. We will definitely get beaten loads more this season, so let's just make sure we stay humble
Also, it is a shame for Hall if he gets usurped, but he's still young and I think he will understand not being first choice every week. At least we know he can do a job as/when we need him - there is bound to be injuries and suspensions...
Just been doing some work for a Watford season ticket holder this morning. Gutted would be an understatement,he is devastated implying that they were mad for allowing the pair to leave. If we can keep what we have I'll be well pleased. Only 3 hours of mysery left.
The defence is looking a hell of a lot better now than it was 3 weeks ago, especially as you say with with Yun to come back soon who can add another attacking dimension.

Agree with the Hall bit DW, was nice to see a relatively young player with a chance to cement a place in the side for a few years.
Angella is clearly a better option right now but if it ends up being just a years loan, that's a year off Hall's development. Not moaning, but there is only one way Hall is going to improve.

Onouha will pick up injuries (he always does), i think Hall will get plenty of playing time.
Also if Perch gets injured Onouha might be shifted to the right too.
I've only just noticed this is a season long loan.
Hopefully this fella is the Coleman's and also hopefully the club have ensured he cant be recalled and (heavens above) his loan run's until June in case of any play off action
Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Season long loans under the rules are essentially a one year transfer. Can't be ended early
In my ignorance is this bloke as good as what people are saying?
No one seems to have a bad word to say about him, plus he played 30 times in a team which went up automatically last season - seems likely he's at least an upgrade on Hall and Hill.
