Thanks ghughes, and all the best to you. You will be pleased to know my Cup record is nothing special. 😊 Anything can happen in a one off game, especially with the hard to predict results in the FA Cup.

PORT VALE 1 BARNSLEY 3 Only 2 had this spot-on, and another 9 got the outcome.

WOKING 0 CAMBRIDGE UNITED 1 4 had this spot-on, and another 13 got the outcome.
As usual the FA Cup games proved difficult to predict, but we did have a respectable 16 spot-ons in total. That is a lot more than we usually get in the FA Cup 1st Round.
Final Scores
Jorash63 5 Sector4 4 The difining result here was Jorash63 getting the Barnsley 3-1 spot-on, as Sector4 replied with four outcomes.
concordman 5 RSCOSWORTH 4 It was concordman having the Cambridge 1-0 spot-on being the defining result, as RSCOSWORTH also replied with four outcomes.
Two highest scorers to go through from these games
thrillseeker 6 basher2010 6 Tropical_Us 4 It was getting the Cambridge 1-0 spot-on for both thrillseeker and basher2010 that helped to put them through to the next round, as Tropical_Us was another to have four outcomes.
ghughes11 6 unitedwhites 2 BFG 1 Having the Blackpool 2-0 spot-on made sure of ghughes11 going through, and he is joined by unitedwhites, whose two outcomes proved to be enough.
Daniel 9 blueeagle 3 gerry_us 9 Going 1-1 all games proved be successful for Daniel once again, and he is joined in the next round by gerry_us, who also benefited by having the 1-1's at Maidenhead and Swindon.
noah4x4 3 Moor_Pinot 2 Lewis_1 6 The only 3 pointer in this game came from Lewis_1 with the Swindon 1-1. That was more than enough to put him through, and he is joined by noah4x4, whose three outcomes proved to be good enough.
Blue4U2 9 Madeira163 2 mfb_cufc 3 Having the Barnsley 3-1 and the Walsall 2-1 spot-on easily put Blue4U2 into the next round, and he is joined by mfb_cufc, who was another to get three outcomes to be successful.
wessex_exile 9 Colukev 3 oxfcolu 5 Getting the Walsall 2-1 and the Cambridge 1-0 spot-on enabled wessex_exile to cruise through. He is joined by oxfcolu who had the Blackpool 2-0 spot-on, that proved to be the defining result for him.
durham_exile 2 bwildered 3 burnsieespana 6 It was having the Walsall 2-1 spot-on that got burnsieespana through to the 2nd round. He is joined by bwildered who was another to only require three outcomes to be good enough.
Those underlined go through to the 2nd Round.
The draw for the 2nd Round has been made by mrs mfb. As in the 1st Round there will be a replay for any drawn games. The tie-breaker rule will apply for any replays. Any replays will be 10 matches from the following Saturday's League games. There are no replays in the FA Cup this season, so it is the score at 90 minutes that games will be settled on.

ACCRINGTON STANLEY v SWINDON TOWN BARNSLEY v BRISTOL ROVERS CAMBRIDGE UNITED v WIGAN ATHLETIC CRAWLEY TOWN v LINCOLN CITY EXETER CITY v CHESTERFIELD MORECAMBE v BRADFORD CITY PETERBOROUGH UNITED v NOTTS COUNTY SALFORD CITY v CHELTENHAM TOWN STEVENAGE v MANSFIELD TOWN WALSALL v CHARLTON ATHLETIC
BLACKPOOL 0 NORTHAMPTON TOWN 0 This bore draw was a game of few big chances as both sides pushed themselves four points clear of the relegation zone. Well done to Moor_Pinot for being the only one to get this spot-on, and another 4 had the outcome. 20 predicted a win for Blackpool.
BRISTOL ROVERS 0 CRAWLEY TOWN 0 Rovers goalkeeper Josh Griffiths pulled off a string of late saves as Crawley were unable to find a breakthrough in this bore draw. Nobody had this spot-on, and only oxfcolu and burnsieespana got the outcome. The other 23 predicted a win for Rovers, with 12 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
STOCKPORT COUNTY 1 WREXHAM 0 Louie Barry's 11th goal this season boosted Stockport's promotion bid. Well done to noah4x4 for being the only one to get this spot-on, and a further 4 had the outcome.
BROMLEY 1 CARLISLE UNITED 1 Dan Adu-Adjei’s 92nd minute goal earned Carlisle a draw against 10-man Bromley. That late goal was good news for the 4 who had this spot-on, and nobody got the outcome.
CREWE ALEXANDRA 2 NOTTS COUNTY 0 Goals from Shilow Tracey and Ryan Cooney earned 10-man Crewe a win to move them up to second in the League Two table, as County lose their undefeated away record. Well done once again to Moor_Pinot for being the only one to get this spot-on, and another 6 had the outcome.
HARROGATE TOWN 2 CHESTERFIELD 1 Dean Cornelius’ first goal of the season in the 91st minute earned Harrogate a victory. Well done to blueagle for being the only one to have this spot-on, and only unitedwhites got the outcome. 19 predicted a win for Chesterfield.
Considering the limited number of fixtures to chose from, I never thought we would get a week that turned out to be so difficult to predict, but that was the case. The late equaliser from Carlisle had the biggest influence on things, as it was good news for the ones who got a 3 pointer from it, but terrible news for the nine members who predicted a win for Bromley, and all ended up firing blanks. That Bromley 1-1 got half of the weeks total spot-ons, but it wasn't enough to stop this being the worst 6 game week of the season so far. On such a poor week it was a great effort from Moor_Pinot to be the only one to get the Blackpool 0-0 and the Crewe 2-0 spot-on, and by also having the Stockport outcome, he is the weeks top scorer with an excellent 7 points. Best of those to get one 3 pointer was unitedwhites, who had the Bromley 1-1, and two outcomes to give him a solid 5 points.
Happy Cup All the details for the 2nd Round will be available early next week.
In the Premier Having that good Harrogate 2-1 prediction enabled blueeagle to increase his lead by those 3 points, as he takes advantage of his nearest pursuers firing blanks. Despite that mfb_cufc holds onto the other Charity Shild spot, but only on the most 3 pointer rule from thrillseeker, who moves up a place after getting the Bromley 1-1 spot-on. This means basher2010 drops to his lowest position this season in fourth. The only other change in this division has unitedwhites moving up a place. It continues to be be tough going for those at the bottom, as oxfcolu, concordman and burnsieespana have now all gone six weeks without a 3 pointer, and ghughes11 has only had one spot-on in the last seven weeks.
In Division One The lead changes yet again, as pre-season favourite noah4x4 takes over at the top for the first time this season, as he takes advantage of last weeks top two bwildered and wessex_exile firing blanks, and they drop to second and third. A blank week also for durham_exile and Tropical_us, but they remain fourth and fifth. The Crewe outcome was enough for Lewis_1 to remain in the final play-off place. The only other change saw the top scoring performance from Moor_Pinot move him up a couple of places, and to within 5 points of the play-offs, as he continued his good recent run, that has seen him get more points over the last three weeks than anyone in both leagues.
THE TABLES (106 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post)
Week 16 Fixtures 10 games picked by this weeks guest basher2010. Don't forget it is an early start with the deadline 12.30.
AFC BOURNEMOUTH v BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION ARSENAL v NOTTINGHAM FOREST ASTON VILLA v CRYSTAL PALACE MANCHESTER CITY v TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR (17.30) MILLWALL v SUNDERLAND WEST BROMWICH ALBION v NORWICH CITY BOLTON WANDERERS v BLACKPOOL (12.30) BARNSLEY v WIGAN ATHLETIC NORTHAMPTON TOWN v CAMBRIDGE UNITED CARLISLE UNITED v DONCASTER ROVERS
BLACKPOOL 2 NORTHAMPTON TOWN 1 BRISTOL ROVERS 2 CRAWLEY TOWN 0 STOCKPORT COUNTY 0 WREXHAM 1 BROMLEY 1 CARLISLE UNITED 0 CREWE ALEXANDRA 1 NOTTS COUNTY 2 HARROGATE TOWN 1 CHESTERFIELD 3
SALFORD CITY 0 CARLISLE UNITED 1 Sub Ben Barclay gets an 88th winner for Carlisle, with their only shot on target. No points for anyone from this game, with 23 predicting a win for Salford, and a massive 15 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
AFC WIMBLEDON 0 GRIMSBY TOWN 1 Danny Rose’s header handed Grimsby a win and condemned Wimbledon to their first home league defeat this season. Again no points for anyone from this game, as 23 predicted a win for Wimbledon.
BARROW 1 COLCHESTER UNITED 1 Lyle Taylor struck in the 92nd minute to earn Colchester a draw. That late goal was good news for the super 6 who got this spot-on, and nobody had the outcome.
CHELTENHAM TOWN 1 BROMLEY 1 Ex-U's Omar Sowunmi’s late header earned 10-man Bromley a deserved draw. A sublime 5 had this spot-on, and one more got the outcome. 18 predicted a win for Cheltenham.
CHESTERFIELD 0 ACCRINGTON STANLEY 3 Chesterfield’s unbeaten home record came to an end as an early Josh Woods goal and second-half strikes from Zach Awe and Jimmy Knowles gave Accrington a much-needed victory. Nobody got this spot-on, and only unitedwhites and Blue4U2 had the outcome. The other 23 predicted a win for Chesterfield.
DONCASTER ROVERS 1 NOTTS COUNTY 1 Doncaster substitute Joe Ironside ensured a share of the spoils, as County remain undefeated away from home. A sublime 5 had this spot-on, and 5 also got the outcome.
FLEETWOOD TOWN 1 BRADFORD CITY 0 Ronan Coughlan’s early penalty was enough to give Fleetwood victory, with their only shot on target. A cool 4 got this spot-on, and 4 also had the outcome.
GILLINGHAM 1 PORT VALE 0 Jayden Clarke came off the bench to score the winning goal as Gillingham ended their run of seven games without a victory with their only shot on target, as they bring an end to Vale's five match winning run, who fail to have a shot on target. Surprisingly nobody had this spot-on, but 5 did get the outcome.
MILTON KEYNES DONS 3 SWINDON TOWN 1 MK Dons came from behind to beat Swindon, who had taken the lead with a Harry Smith goal in 20 seconds. Nobody got this spot-on, though 21 did have the outcome.
TRANMERE ROVERS 2 NEWPORT COUNTY 1 Rovers returned to winning ways with goals from Connor Jennings and Keiron Morris. Only 2 had this spot-on, and a further 6 got the outcome.
As we all know anyone can beat anyone in League 2, and that point was emphasized by this weeks results from that division. With shock defeats for Salford, Wimbledon, Chesterfield and Port Vale, it meant five games failed to have a 3 pointer, but the other five made up for it, and we ended with a reasonable 22 spot-ons in total. Five members did well to get two 3 pointers, with the best coming from Tropical_Us, who had the draws for Barrow and Cheltenham, and Blue4U2, who had the Barrow 1-1, and the Fleetwood 1-0. They both also got two outcomes, to give them a share in being the weeks top scorer with an excellent 8 points each. The other three were mfb_cufc, who had the wins for Fleetwood and Tranmere, bwildered, who got the draws at Barrow and Doncaster, and Moor_Pinot, who had the Doncaster 1-1 and the Fleetwood 1-0. They each also had one outcome, to give them all a decent 7 points. Best of those to have one 3 pointer was Jorash63, who got the Cheltenham 1-1, and four outcomes, to give him a decent 7 points.
U'sual Champions League With Christmas fast approaching, a first look this season to see how qualification is going for this competition. With blueeagle qualifying as current holder, the other 11 qualifiers will be the ones with the highest points total over the two divisions after Week 21. The member currently in that important eleventh place is RSCOSWORTH with his 59 points, but only on the most 3 pointer rule from Lewis_1.
In the Premier Two outcomes for blueeagle sees his lead cut to 7 points. The smallest it has been since Week 4. That is now from mfb_cufc, whose decent week moved him up a place to the other Charity Shield spot. After spending the last six weeks in that second place basher2010 drops a place to third. Having the Barrow 1-1 spot-on keeps thrillseeker in fourth for the fifth week running. Getting the Tranmere 2-1 spot-on was enough for Sector4 to remain fifth. Having the Doncaster 1-1 spot-on moved Daniel up a place, and into the top half for the first time this season. After spending the last eight weeks in that top half RSCOSWORTH drops a place to seventh. Despite getting the Doncaster 1-1 spot-on, It is status quo for unitedwhites. Just outcomes for the bottom four, and it remains unaltered from last week.
In Division One It is all the sixes clickety-click in this league as the top three all have 66 points. But the lead changes once again as the decent week for bwildered takes him back to top again, after five weeks away. It is only on the most 3 pointer rule from last weeks leader wessex_exile, and last weeks second noah4x4. Having the Cheltenham 1-1 spot-on keeps durham_exile in fourth, and the excellent week for Tropical_Us keeps him fifth. Getting the Cheltenham 1-1 spot-on means Lewis_1 remains in the final play-off place. The top scoring performance from Blue4U2 moved him up three places to seventh, and within 2 points of the top 6. Having the Barrow 1-1 spot-on moved gerry_us up a place to eighth. At the botttom there is no change, but decent weeks for Jorash63 and Moor_Pinot moved them a bit closer for a possible play-off challenge.
THE TABLES (100 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post)
Week 15 Fixtures Yet another International break, so once again it is 6 games from League's 1 & 2.

SALFORD CITY 0 CARLISLE UNITED 1 Sub Ben Barclay gets an 88th winner for Carlisle, with their only shot on target. No points for anyone from this game, with 23 predicting a win for Salford, and a massive 14 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
SALFORD CITY 1 CARLISLE UNITED 0 AFC WIMBLEDON 2 GRIMSBY TOWN 0 BARROW 1 COLCHESTER UNITED 0 CHELTENHAM TOWN 1 BROMLEY 0 CHESTERFIELD 2 ACCRINGTON STANLEY 1 DONCASTER ROVERS 2 NOTTS COUNTY 1 FLEETWOOD TOWN 1 BRADFORD CITY 0 GILLINGHAM 0 PORT VALE 1 MILTON KEYNES DONS 2 SWINDON TOWN 1 TRANMERE ROVERS 2 NEWPORT COUNTY 1
IPSWICH TOWN 1 LEICESTER CITY 1 Jordan Ayew scored in the 94th minute as Leicester denied 10-man Ipswich a first Premier League win of the season. That late goal was good news for the 8 who got this spot-on, and the 4 who had the outcome.
NOTTINGHAM FOREST 3 WEST HAM UNITED 0 Chris Wood continued his superb start to the season with another goal as Forest beat 10-man West Ham. Nobody had this spot-on, but 19 did get the outcome, with 12 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
SOUTHAMPTON 1 EVERTON 0 Adam Armstrong hit an 85th minute winner as Southampton claimed their first Premier League victory of the season. Only 2 got this spot-on, and 2 also had the outcome.
CARDIFF CITY 2 NORWICH CITY 1 Cardiff’s recent revival continued as they scored goals in the 89th and 93rd minutes to stun Norwich. Those late goals were good news for the 4 who had this spot-on, and the 3 who got the outcome.
HULL CITY 1 PORTSMOUTH 1 Josh Murphy rescued a point for Portsmouth as the Championship strugglers came from behind to draw. Well done to unitedwhites for being the only one to get this spot-on, and only BFG had the outcome.
SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY 2 WATFORD 6 Vakoun Bayo scored four second-half goals as Watford netted five times after the break to crush Wednesday and end a run of five consecutive away league defeats. Not surprisingly nobody had this spot-on, though 9 did get the outcome.
Another tough week overall, with the wins for Forest and Watford hard for 3 pointers, Southampton's first win of the season, and Hull failing to win. It was left to the late shows at Ipswich and Cardiff to give us 12 of the total 15 spot-ons for the week. Well done to noah4x4 for being the only one to get two 3 pointers, the wins for Southampton and Cardiff, and one outcome, to give him a decent 7 points. He shares the honour of being the weeks top scorer with BFG, who was best of those to get one 3 pointer, the Southampton 1-0. He also had four outcomes, to give him a decent 7 points, only missing out on a full house by failing to get the Cardiff win.
In the Premier In a week short on points in this division, blueeagle extended his lead by a point, thanks to having the Ipswich 1-1 spot-on. Three outcomes were enough for basher2010 to hold on to the other Charity Shield spot. The only changes has Sector4 moving up a place to fifth. A position RSCOSWORTH had held for the last six weeks, and unitedwhites moving up a place to eighth. Having the Cardiff 2-1 spot-on, wasn't quite enough for ghughes11 to get out of the bottom three, and he remains there on the most 3 pointer rule.
In Division One Having the Ipswich 1-1 spot-on means wessex_exile stays top for the second week running, but only on the most 3 pointer rule from noah4x4, whose top scoring performance moved him up two places, and back into the other automatic spot. Having the Ipswich 1-1 spot-on, helped bwildered to remain third. After spending five weeks in the automatic spots, durham_exile drops two to fourth. Another to get the Ipswich 1-1 spot-on was Tropical_Us, and moves up a couple of places, and back to fifth. One outcome was enough for Lewis_1 to occupy the final play-off place. The top scoring performance from BFG moved him up a couple of places to eighth. We have to go the bottom to find the weeks other movers, where a decent 6 points for Jorash63 and Moor_Pinot, who were the final ones to get the Ipswich 1-1 spot-on, moved them both up a place, and left Colukev holding on to the wooden spoon once again.
THE TABLES (90 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post)
