Wasn't he with Freddie Mercury dancing with a broom. |

Oldham dont think they belong in league 1 never mind league 2, I think they'd need therapy if they had to drop into the Dale division. |

Seeing how he reacts on the pitch, almost orchestrating the negative chants he recieves it shows he doesnt give a flyin f*ck about what people think about him, it appears to spur him on if anything. |

Namely the manager. It is going to be a very interesting summer with regards to who he chooses to retain and release, there will probably be some surprises along the way, I'm not so certain Lillis will be retained even, given Hills record with 'keepers |

That could easily have been made up on a messageboard by someone with an agenda against him personally, I'd take that with a pinch of salt. |

I think it is a testiment to Cavanagh's displays that we would consider having Tutte, but as a squad player, 3 months ago that thought would have had you carted off to the mad house on here. |

This quality of play is proper football for the proper fans, its hardly ever pretty, but if you want that, go join the Man city bandwaggon an such, this is the level that a lot of good premier talent started out, and it isnt fabricated like the PL. |

Id liken Tutte to a slightly flashier Clark "decent" Keltie, a luxury player, and that doesnt tend to be Hills type of player. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

He's the pantomine villian, the one the fans love to hate, I'd gladly like to ignore him on the pitch, but with some of his actions he makes it very hard at times. I dont like the chants of "murderer" that imo is disrespectful and hurtful to the families of the victims. The ref today needed to have a stern talk with him after the early altercation with Edwards, he was trying every trick in the book to intimidate the officials, a yellow card would have put a stop to that. |

I think both are on non contract terms, both relitively experienced in their respective positions, Thomas is a full back/centre back. Collis is a 'keeper. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

I cant see it, an it wont be a huge loss in my eyes. He seemed to run out of steam after a great few months at the start of the season, he's always flattered to decieve imo, people who were saying we were weaker when Coleman tried to accomodate Cav dispite his level of performance, it would be similar now regarding Tutte. He was clearly playing through the pain weeks before his op, but for what he brings I think there are much better options, on considerably lower wages. |

Port Vale teaching others about budgeting, isnt that why irony was invented for.. |

Going off topic, its good to see that we havent looked weaker without Tutte or Bennett. There was slight fear we'd look weaker without them, but credit where it's due, the likes of Cavanagh an Rafferty have stepped up to the plate superbly of late. |

Effective and unattractive pretty much sums Vale up, but we never shirked a challenge, and fought them right to the end, fully deserving of a point at the least. |

Everyone is somebody's child, It was a callous and cowardly act by him, in no way should it be dressed up, yes he has payed his debt to society, but it doesn't change what he did. |

that must explain why the linesman was always running in his opposite direction. |

I'm a real fan of this lad, I like the physical side to his game, really got stuck in today when he was being hassled, we weren't going to lie down and let them walk all over us. Speaking of Rose, when was the last time we had such a good delivery from a full back, that left foot is deadly, would love the back 4 signed up for next year, it looks like there is real understanding, and that is crucial.
