Terrible performance, terrible strategy.
We look incredibly sh ite.
What is the plan here. We are 30m too deep. Can't keep the ball. No midfield. Feels like they have more players than us. We have no options and they have at least 3.

It's one thing not having much possession and pressing hard.
It's another thing giving away the ball and not threatening at all.

Standard PR letter to fans. Good thing to do.
Same as we have to sign people with potential and develop them (players, managers) we also have to do that with backroom and senior manangement. We are not a big player so we need someone who is into he project and can move us and themselves on.
Things are not perfect but it could be a lot worse. Better training facilities, good/stable manager, young squad with sell on potential. It's been a wild 2024 and I was seriously frustrated a few weeks ago as I thought we had turned a corner.

Very grateful for these threads.
If we get clinical/ confident then we could put in a proper challenge.
Maybe one or two clever additions to the squad in Jan to ensure cover.
Sunday's have seemed a lot more enjoyable over the last month. |

Fury contained Usyk but he didn't really dominate him at any point and Usyk just outworked him and was cleaner in his work.
Fury put in a good performance and probably at his peak could have got a close decision the other way. Although Usyk is the older man Fury looks like he's struggling to get into peak shape.

No need at all for Dubois to be in the ring. He hasn't got the mic skills or sense of timing. Would of liked to hear from Fury. |

That win is for Steve Cook. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
Well done Rangers. Bossed the second half. Created chances (plural) missed some easy ones but made more.

Very disappointing. Played well and should have gone ahead, then faded and terribly unlucky to lose Cook of all people and concede as a result of it.
We'll do well to get something out of this. Need some leaders to step up as Cook with be out for a long time.

Hoping for more than 40% possession, a clean sheet and a goal. I would love a better performance but for now points are what matters as Marti builds a style that works with these players.
1-0 to the Rs - Saito to score a very popular goal, curling one into the corner and smiling a lot after. |

I really hope he is around for a good few years. I would love to see a Marti team that is competing at the top of the league. It's easy to forgot what a mess he stepped into. |
