You know I've been nice to you everytime we spoke.
I just don't understand this 'stay in rome then go to naples' attitude, after being there 2 months ago. Rome is known for robbing. Naples has its criminals, but if you don't parade the fact you're a tourist they'll leave you alone because they'll go to easier targets. |

One thing.. is the December's jack of the month going to Napoli and staying in Napoli?
A lot of people claim at being at the Hull game, Millwall in the old days and the Cardiff games. But, who will be in Napoli?
This isn't a 'hooligan' post. Walking through Naples in a swans shirt is a lot more safe than walking through Cardiff in a swans shirt so I don't understand why more people aren't booking on. |

I love Taylor, but I was so happy when MVG beat him in the final the other day (had a few so can't remember the tournament) because Taylor just seems to throw a tantrum everytime he has a poor run and threatens retirement.
If Phil retires it would probably make Darts more interesting with MVG and Lewis throwing well and Barney/Wade both able to beat anyone at their best. Really looking forward to the next premier league, not too fussed on the tourneys until the decent match ups.
As a side note to darts fans - does anyone else hate John Part's commentary? |

A decent shout as next manager would probably be Kim Jong Un.
It's funny thinking about their 'boxing day protest'. Knowing them it will either be an epic failure with 20% of the people marching/protesting wearing red Cardiff shirts, or they'll go back to their feral ways and leave a couple of stewards blind in one eye and batter a child wearing a red home top, live on sky sports news. |

There will be a select group of Napoli fans who will cause businesses in town money as they will 100% smash up at least one establishment and cause panic to a lot of people who have no regard for football at all.
If this is the case, I hope their 'ultras' get smashed. I live in North London and read the stories about what they did to that food shop, disgusting. They'd have a field day on wind street going through each place like locusts.
Also feel sorry for businesses in Cardiff as I imagine there will be at least a couple of hundred drinking in Cardiff on Wednesday due to lack of accommodation for 1000s of fans in Swansea. |

A few points:
Napoli fans - It's all good that you're being very welcoming saying Naples is safe etc, but can you give us the actual names of the areas to avoid? And the areas that we will be welcome? Saying the whole of Naples will welcome us certainly isn't true.
I was in Naples a couple of months ago and it's a lovely place but it is hard to relax at night and I wouldn't recommend getting too drunk. If you do you're more likely to get attacked by locals rather than actual Napoli fans.
I've only been over to Malmo/Copenhagen out of the euro trips we've had, but i'd suggest the freedom of drinking in the bars with hundreds of us singing with flags draped all over the pub and surrounding area will 100% not be tolerated.
It's a bit of a catch 22 - if we walk around in small groups we're vulnerable from the local 'gangsters' as they've been described on this thread who do not welcome tourists and see them as a target. And if we get together in a couple of pubs and form a big group we become a target for Napoli Ultras.
I'm undecided about going but if I do i'm not taking the bus route, i'm going to watch the football and if I have to miss 1/3 of a historic game to stay safe it's just not financially worth it. |

Razgrad would be interesting, very small place I think only 35 thousand people live there. Population declining every year. It would be my first choice, a bit far from Sofia though. |

I would get rid of Chico, he is decent but we could do better and It really irritates me when he rolls around for no reason.
I agree in a way about the Spanish players all joking around on the training field not speaking English and chatting casually with Negredo before the Man City game isn't very professional. But the Spanish players have helped us get where we are and I certainly wouldn't want to see Michu/Hernandez/Rangel leave.
If the new Spanish boys acted a bit more like Rangel, then I wouldn't really have a problem. But to say they're detrimental to the club is ridiculous, they are an asset, I just feel they could do a bit more. |

I understand your sentiments, people react differently. The performance was farcical, we should have lost. But at the end of the day we got a point against a team we should have lost to but we expected to beat. I'm just trying to amuse myself (no one else) with my Christmas jingles and Warwick 'potty mouth' Hunt is going crazy in his living room for some reason.
My initial posts about Shelvey and Defoe are Swans related, I hope we sign Defoe and I believe Shelvey has been the shining light in the massive turd that is Swansea City recently. Warwick posted for no other reason than to personally attack me.
But back to the thread.. |

This is a forum, you're swearing at me for rhyming in the festive season. I would understand if you said to me i'm taking the thread off topic (which is why I won't reply after this as this is a football thread, not a place for an argument) but you haven't.
