Some military and Secret Service experts including Mr Dearlove ex Head of M16 said the UK had to 'face up' to the fact that Russia believes it is at war with the West , not a full on one obviously but carrying insidious actions including by proxy cutting the two cables mentioned in your post. Donald Tusk recently stating that he thought we're now in a pre-war situation, with drones flying over UK based US air forces bases, Russian air craft increasing their presence in UK airspace and our own government cutting defence spending and scrapping ships and aircraft ,we're not in a good place atm. |

We seem to accept in the professional world of football that if a player says he's carrying a niggle or not in the right frame of mind to play then its accepted , I would imagine although I'm guessing Darling knew he himself wasn't 100% right but decided to make himself available .Maybe the Manager also knew but in agreement thought he was risk worth taking, the pairing of Ben and Harry has been a success far this season so why disturb the natural order if you can get away with it. |

With rising inflation and the ruble continuing to decline in value , Putin's war is not only costing the country manpower ( not that those in high places care too much about) but the ordinary citizen is also now being affected "It's a trip of no return. If they lower the interest rate now or anytime in the future the liquidity will be so high that the ruble will fall to 500 to the €/$ if not more". |

The meat produce sold at Swansea Market& local butchers is imo much superior to supermarkets which I believe has always been the case with the difference being tangible. Pork chops from Asda or from the market there's no competition it has to be the market every time, also by buying local you're keeping someone local in work and the money within the community. Someone mentioned farming cartels ,what a load of chicken s888, there are cartlels but those running them are the supermarkets not the farmers ,that's the price you pay for having cheap highly processed meat. |

Has our country changed for the better , do you even have to ask the question, but as you did imo no ,we're now beginning to feeing the tangible the effects of allowing 3rd world nationalities to reside here and more entering unchecked, everyone's standard of living has declined and will continue to do so unless we finally geta political party who is for the people instead of trying to squeeze every last penny out of us. some believe new governments can carry out tax rises as if its a right of passage , its not but is allowed to continue unabated without a murmur. Society has become a selfish pit of entitlement, I'm important , you're not attitude . |

Maybe its baloney but its an indication of how some within the country feel ,its not a good look, yes we have another 4+ years ahead so going on past history each Government runs out of steam towards the end of its tenure , this lot really need to up their game or they won't last regardless of who wishes otherwise.
